I'm 163lb 5"9 and a xl fits me fine. I drive tractors so I needed a short sleeve reflective safety shirt since we can't be in the yards without one and it's starting to get warmer out. The black parts of the shirt stretch. The parts with the reflective material don't stretch at all. It's not t shirt material it's more like polyester jersey material. It works. I can't speak to its durability because I just got it today but I will update this review if I have any complaints. If there isn't an update 3 weeks after this review....it's durable enough.
