Great price and great quality. It is very heavy and requires 2 people to lift and maneuver into place. I assembled it by myself, no problems. I've only had it for a week but it appears to be solid and smooth running. I only use it for walking and speed walking and it is very good for that. It folds up nicely and out of the way. I don't like how it has to be activated (kicking) to fold-down. I have a small apt so fold-up was a major selling factor. This treadmill is a good home product value. ... show more

Updated review: After contacting Amazon and being told I had to pay for shipping back to them, I spoke to fedex and they told me to contact Amazon again because shipping was more than the actual product. After 1 day Impremey customer service rep reached out to me via phone on a Sunday from China! Needless to say, I love the customer service that I received. After I spoke with Clarense who advised me not to ship it back and to do whatever I wanted with the treadmill that did not work. He let me know he was sending me a new treadmill. It came within about three days. Very fast. We unpacked and plugged in the new treadmill and it works like a charm! We are a plus size family so the weight limit of 350 was needed and hard to find on Amazon. The whole family uses this treadmill at ease! My 6 year old loves it, his 12 year old sister and their dad can now walk indoors on rainy Portland days! Thank you Clarense and Impremey!! After unpacking the treadmill and plugging it in, it did not power up at all. We tried more then one plug in and still no power. Amazon contacted seller and told me that I have to pay for return shipping. It’s gonna cost an arm and leg just to ship this item back. ... show more

    • False Advertisement/Description
I did lots of research on tread mills in this price point. One of the things that I wouldn't compromise on was a 15% incline. I like a fast walk with a max incline to keep my heart rate up but not pound my joints jogging or running. I am very familiar with the unit our local YMCA has that will do a true 15% slope. This one arrived undamaged and was very simple to set up in spite of some of the reviews to the contrary. On first use, I cranked the incline all the way up to 15 and I could tell immediately that the incline was nowhere near where it should be. Had to almost run to get my heart rate in the range I wanted it in. I got out my angle finder and discovered the unit maxes out at 6.5 degrees which converts to a 11.4% slope...not 15! Instead of making a fuss with the manufacturer and trying to send this thing back (already burned the box) I decided to improvise. I placed a 4"x12" plank under the very front mounts which propped the entire front of the treadmill up 3.5". The rear wheels for the incline subframe required 1/4" shims under them to balance out the weight properly. Now this thing is what it should be! After bringing the incline up to 15%, I measure a true 8.5 degrees which converts to a 14.9% slope. Did a workout this evening and it all worked great, nothing shifted or moved and I got a great workout in... finally! Love the heart rate monitor feature. I like everything else about the unit so far. Just beware of the false advertisement on the incline! ... show more

I picked this treadmill because of its 19 inches wide belt and automatic incline. I didn't need any fancy screens or fans on it. My wife and I love it. Very sturdy. Not noisy. Just awesome treadmill. Definitely recommend it. I weigh 280 and it can withstand 350 lbs. Easy to assemble.

    • Nice, sturdy, and accurate treadmill. Quick-responsive customer service.
Some things I liked about this treadmill: -accurate speed and distance. I had a previous treadmill that I ordered, measure with a wheel measuring device and it was off by 20%. This one is within 2%. -Very sturdy- does slip or slide around when running on it, as some others did. -Very easy to fold up and move, as well as take down. -Customer service was excellent. I emailed them about a question on the incline feature and was emailed back within a day. -One small con, but not a big deal-the distance shows 1/10's of mile and does not go down to 1/100's of a mile. ... show more
