This thing is trash, screen stopped working 3 weeks in. Tires keep going flat since the first week. Chain has become to loose and falls off within first pedal rotation. Throttle sticks, brakes constantly have to be adjusted. This bike is a piece of crap not safe at all. DO NOT BUY!!

My son loves this.. this is our second e-bike.. this is far better than the other.. headlamp and blinkers huge plus. Shocks are great and it will top speed at 28 but that requires personal peddling power.. also I required my 13 year old take an online e-bike road safety course. Side note, it’s heavy as hell and should probably be assembled by someone who has experience with it.. as this requires more than just attaching handlebars. ... show more

Do not purchase this. Trust other reviews. There was only one 5 star review when I purchased this - and I wish I would have waited. Since receiving this item on Dec. 9th a few days later the inner tube blows (back tired) for now reason had to buy some tire repair kits. Moving forward a few days later the front tire inner tube blows as well. The Panel glitches, the throttle just stops working randomly. The chain comes lose every now and then and the wires, don’t even get me started with those. Please do your research. I took this bike to a bike shop to have it put together so I know it was done correctly by professionals. Yet, here I am. Not even a month in and having so many issues. You cannot return this item. Please read the return policy. You literally have to purchase a warranty with Amazon to get anything fixed. I’ve taken it to the local bike shop several times now. Save yourself some money.     • Cheap and bad wiring
It was a bad decision buying this bike. Bought this for my son on his birthday and it was a bad start. It titles “28 MPH” and only goes 19 not mentioning you have to pedal for it to go that fast. And don’t even get me started on the wiring. The acceleration broke after 4 months. It’s useless and broken now. Terrible ... show more

Be careful buying the bike the battery started spitting sparks out while my son was riding it. Now he can’t ride the bike at all due to the charging port being melted! And no way to reach the company.

Tomó 1 hora armarlo ya que había llegado sin su manual. La rueda y los 2 protectores de la cadena llegaron ligeramente doblados, pero se pudo enderezar fácilmente, y la velocidad solo llegaba a 19.8 MPH, pero ellos me mandaron un video para que yo pudiera desbloquear el sistema y lograr obtener la máxima velocidad de 28 MPH lo cual me tomó apenas 1 minuto. Al final, nos encantó el E-bike, su diseño tipo moto y más por el color del asiento lo hace super bello , tan lindo que ahora nuestro vecino se comprará uno igual para ir a trabajar 😊 - - - - - Honestly, I would give it 5 stars, but there were a couple of things that went wrong due to pure oversight. However, their customer service acted quickly and helped me. It took me an hour to assemble it because it arrived without a manual. The chain wheel and guards arrived slightly bent, but they were easily straightened, and the speed only reached 19.8 MPH , so they sent me a video tutorial so I could unlock the system and reach the maximum speed of 28 MPH, which only took me about a minute. In the end, we loved the e-bike; its motorcycle-like design, especially the color of the seat, makes it super beautiful—so nice that our neighbor is now going to buy one just like it to go to work!
