My son loves this.. this is our second e-bike.. this is far better than the other.. headlamp and blinkers huge plus. Shocks are great and it will top speed at 28 but that requires personal peddling power.. also I required my 13 year old take an online e-bike road safety course. Side note, it’s heavy as hell and should probably be assembled by someone who has experience with it.. as this requires more than just attaching handlebars. ... show more

Do not purchase this. Trust other reviews. There was only one 5 star review when I purchased this - and I wish I would have waited. Since receiving this item on Dec. 9th a few days later the inner tube blows (back tired) for now reason had to buy some tire repair kits. Moving forward a few days later the front tire inner tube blows as well. The Panel glitches, the throttle just stops working randomly. The chain comes lose every now and then and the wires, don’t even get me started with those. Please do your research. I took this bike to a bike shop to have it put together so I know it was done correctly by professionals. Yet, here I am. Not even a month in and having so many issues. You cannot return this item. Please read the return policy. You literally have to purchase a warranty with Amazon to get anything fixed. I’ve taken it to the local bike shop several times now. Save yourself some money. Absolutely Horrible. I'm a teenager on my dad's account and I just saved up 600$ to get my first e bike thought I was gonna have a blast. 1st day in my battery is stuck at 100% and the day after my throttle just stops working. Also the bike only goes 19 mph with the throttle and in the product listing it says "impressive speed of 28 mph" they never even include the fact that the max speed is achieved with pedal assist. Luckily they are processing a refund to me. Rest assured just get a better bike ... show more

Just recently purchased this bike. I use it for my ride to and from work 3-4 times a week. Very comfy seat. The price is worth it I paid $277. My first ride the range for the battery only lasted 10miles a little lower than what the description says. But that was 90% throttle use compared to peddling like you should. Just use the peddle assist to make your ride easy and speedy. I got to and from work with some battery left just peddling 12miles. It’s a lithium battery so don’t run it dead or charge to 100% all the time cause it will wear and tear the power cells. You can store it/ let it rest until next used with 20% to even 80%. ... show more

Do not buy. This was supposed to be my son’s main Christmas present and he can’t ride it. Chain won’t stay on, it says it is fully charged but won’t turn on and showing an error code so it has been Sitting since Christmas. We’ve tried to look up what could be wrong but nothing is working. Yes Amazon fully refunded me but we still have a bike that doesn’t work and now skeptical about what we are buying. We called many places to see if we could take it to be repaired or even see what’s wrong but nobody will work on it😑 ... show more
