All in all it's a nice bed. one area was slightly bent in shipping but I was able to bend it back in place. My biggest complaint was that just about 90% of the bed frame needed to be put together. I bought this bed because it said "no tools needed" and I thought it meant it was fully assembled, to was not. the first part of the directions that called for putting the wheels on and the bar that attachers this together with the small rods, the directions call for # 1 screw....this is wrong, they are too short. This is where the #2 size screw fits. it wasn't hard to put tougher but awkward, two people are needed in place. the mattress is comfortable but I would have looked else where had I know you need to assemble this bed. ... show more
