For the price, it is perfect for my needs. The main attraction is it smaller footprint, and how it folds up as I didn’t want this huge deli slicer taking up space. It slices the whole turkey breast and ham that I buy to save money on lunchmeat. It is not very accurate on the thinness settings would be the biggest complaint as when you press and push the meat through the slicer it totally disregards whatever setting you have it on, so it’s more about finessing how hard you push to get the perfect slice or thinness. Very easy to clean very compact.

A Solid, Lightweight Slicer for Home Use Based on my shopping and usage experience, this product does meet the needs for everyday home use without any issues. I saw in the manual that it's not recommended to use it too long at a time, probably to avoid the motor overheating from prolonged use. However, I don't usually slice food for that long, so it's not a problem for me. I found the manual lacking in detailed information for assembly and use. However, I watched the video tutorial on the product page, which resolved most of my doubts and issues. I’d also suggest that the manual include more pictures to help buyers with assembly and usage—it would make things a lot easier. What’s worth mentioning is that it uses an RSG brand blade, which is very sharp. You definitely need to be careful when using it. I talked to some German friends about it, and they told me RSG blades are quite well-known in Europe. I was really surprised that a slicer at this price point comes with an RSG blade. If it came with an extra one, that would be awesome! As for the folding and storage feature, it does save some space when folded up. Since it's made of plastic, it's lightweight, and if you're looking for a traditional, heavy-duty metal slicer, this might not be the one for you. I did wonder about the durability of the plastic, but the other day I accidentally dropped it while storing it, and it didn't have any issues and works just fine. So, I guess it's sturdy. During use, adjusting the slice thickness is smooth, and the slices come out pretty even. The manual does emphasize not slicing completely frozen meat, but rather partially thawed meat. I looked into it, and it turns out that non-commercial machines really can't handle fully frozen food. The blade, motor power, and speed just aren’t built for it. Trying to slice frozen food could slow it down, cause uneven cuts, or even wear down the blade. So, it’s best to thaw the food a bit before slicing. Overall, it’s a lightweight slicer that works well for everyday home use. It has a few drawbacks, but I’m still pretty happy with it.

Do not purchase this slicer. Absolutely 💯 garbage. Extremely flimsy run huge risk of getting cut. Extremely hard to clean. Save your money trust me.

Poorly made, design to get the on button to work is tricky and annoying. However, it does work and has no problem slicing. Did roast beef, and bread. The price is decent.

I was not impressed with the cost of various high-end meat cuts at our local Publix. Began to think of a better choice to have the same meat without the 'name brand' cost. Tried an 'eye of round' cut, and did a BBQ roast. Meat was perfect.... Then came the slicing part. WOW... thought it would just be a clunky type of slicer, but was impressed with the ease of use, and the options for thickness. Tried medium slices for dinner and then thin slices for sandwiches. Just a quick adjustment of the slicer and you're on your way. Very quick and easy. Cleaning of the unit is a little time consuming but should be easier after I use it several more times. Great buy for the money... small enough to store in a drawer or cabinet.
