I just love this type of kneeler for gardening. Why hurt your knees? Could you use help safely standing up? Ever wish you had a handy stool? This is the product for you :) It has very thick cushions and opens easier than others. I have a couple different ones like these outside but wanted to buy a new kneeler for using in the house. I use it anytime I have to get on my knees for cleaning, getting into the bottom cupboards, etc. Works great for DIY projects and painting. I like this one the best because of the softness of the seats and how much easier it is to open and close. The hoe is a nice bonus and the pouch is very handy for gardening, tools or cleaning supplies. I've had it for almost 3 months and no problems at all.

I bought this stool/kneeler to work in my garden. I'm about as old as the woman pictured in the advertisements so when I unfolded it and tried it out in the house and I decided it will be a wonderful help in my yard work. However, the free tool was scarily loose from the handle, so I tried to tighten it and it seemed as if it had stripped the wood so I took the screw out. WOW! the tool was held in place on the handle by what looks like a 3/8" screw. No wonder it was wobbly. With my husband's help with a drill and a new screw the original screw was replaced with a longer one as pictured. Now I think it will be a useful tool and one that won't fall apart the first time I use it. If you purchase this, be sure to inpect the tool!

Should have written this review sometime ago. I did have a problem with the hoe breaking early on The vendor took care of the problem very quickly and pleasantly. I have seen this sort of kneeler in the past but never had the handy pouch at the side. The cultivator a pair of clippers, a pair of gloves and a hori-hori ( indispensable garden tool which I believe is also available from this vendor) Make for a pretty good maintenance set up. Having the handles for getting up and down gets to be very handy at a “certain” age.

Purchased two for outdoors and indoors. Wife and I are late 70's and knees aren't what they used to be. These are great help. Thank you and we highly recommend. Sorry they had to come from China. Would like to support our countries manufacturing employees. Maybe/hopefully this pandemic will convince people that American families need jobs also and that to outsource to save a buck can be unhealthy for many reasons.

I have purchased several Truly Garden products and have been impressed with all of them. I ordered the kneeler because I have been having back problems. Kneeler doubles as a seat, so the added flexibility will help while I am working in the garden. The kneeler is built very well and feels very stable whether I am kneeling or sitting. In addition the sitting and kneeling surface is covered with foam for comfort. The kneeler also comes with a cultivator hoe, this tool is ideal for breaking up hard soil and clearing weeds. Five stars for this product and five starts for Truly Garden.

I purchased this as an Easter present for myself--to welcome the upcoming garden season, and it was certainly the right choice. The frame is sturdy, and the bench (kneeling or sitting has good width for the ample person). The cushion is thick and soft, perfect for someone with a bad knee, and great for others too. The cultivator hoe is well built, like all the Truly Garden tools I've acquired and fits neatly on the frame. There is also an apron-like pocket that fits right over the bench to hold other tools. It's really excellent for my kind of small, fussy gardening. I can see that I will be using this for years. Definitely a fantastic product...and a must have!

I bought this for my husband who is having balance issues. He said this really does help him get up and down when weeding in the yard. He also likes that when he needs a break, he can turn it upside down and have a place to sit while he rests. It's very sturdy and appears to be well made. He hasn't been using it very long so can't say anything about the durability of it. But overall, we are very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I love to garden and keep my flower beds in good shape. As I have gotten older, it is getting harder to stand up from the ground. The kneeler/seat works very well for me.
