I've had it for a couple of weeks and I think it's wonderful. I have partial mobility in that I can walk around a bit, but I can't walk for any longer distance without having breathing problems. This wheelchair has really allowed me to get out more and since it's pretty lightweight I can lift it up and put it in the back of my car. I also got phone calls and texts from the company making sure that I was happy with the purchase and I think they would want to help me if I needed anything.

Recieved my chair and i was concerned it would be heavy to deal with like my last one.i was really surprised of the wieght and how it looks.i like the fact its 500 watts and 350 capacity (not that I really needed that capacity)but did want the 500watt.easy put together. Excellent customer service i had with questions when buying.highly recomend.

Great wheelchair for a wonderful price, very light weight, folds up for easy travel, long lasting battery and does well on all terrains. Highly recommend and the customer service is amazing they reached out and offered me a free cushion that they are sending out. 10/10 stars

Do you ever need to call Customer Service? Better yet, have you ever had customer service call you first. Yep, first time for me. We haven't had a chance to let my wife drive it yet but the day before, I get a call from the manufacture asking me if everything was OK. Very impressed, I explained we didn't have a chance to use it as intended yet. That was three days ago. Since then my wife has had to opportunity to learn it and it is a learning process. Don't expect to turn it on and everything works like you expect. The Joystick takes time to adapt to. Unless your 10. Our daughter had no problems working the Joystick. Once you do, it is great. I will say from opening the package, I was impressed on the quality of the wheelchair. It felt solid. It was packed with everything in the right place. The design really impressed me, with the (6) shock absorbers there isn't another chair out there with all this for the money I paid. I have bought 4-wheel scooters that don't come close to the Value of this one. Both in cost and ability. Wife is still learning the Joystick or rather perfecting the joystick. She is happy and that is all that matters. I'll share videos in my future updates.

Very quiet smoothe ride. The handling takes just a few minutes to get down and it moves fast! I have issues with fainting in the heat standing or walking for periods of time and this has helped greatly. The company even called me a few days after I received it to check on me and see how it was doing and asked if I had any questions. I am ordering a spare battery as well. Can’t wait to be able to get out and live my life again!
