I bought this for my son for Christmas. Finally got around to assembling it today. The ignition area on the handlebar is broken, but with the time I have left until Christmas I thought maybe I could epoxy it back in place as long as I can get it to work. The assembly instructions are terrible, but I eventually got it. Once it was all set up and the battery fully charged, I tried the keys in the ignition and it does not work. The ignition will not turn at all . Additionally , there is a key to lock and unlock the battery from its position. You can only remove the key from this battery key slot if the position is in off , so seemingly you can't use this item without both keys in both slots at the same time. Of course I wouldn't know if this is true or not because I cannot get it to power on because of the ignition issue. ... show more

this was the highlight gift for my daughter. She really enjoys riding the bike. I will say it has speed so you will definitely have to be careful until the child or adult learns how to ride. I am an adult and it was speedy for me. I would recommend helmet in knee pads for teenagers in younger teens until they are sure. Only thing that I would have a problem with is that the kickstand fell off and broke. It was not sturdy enough to hold up the bike so we just bought another one and put it on ourselves other than that this was a great buy.🎆 ... show more

The bike delivered and packaged well. Set up was fairly easy and ride is good. The issue having is that is difficult to tighten the seat and steering columns. Seat slips down when riding and handlebars not staying centered. These couple things are fixable I think but taking multiple attempts.

It’s so nice E bike. I wrote it around my town tubeless tires are great but once you hit that pothole the tires start deflating. I took my bike to a bike shop and they told me they can’t do anything because of the rim is bent I contacted them they said they would fix the rear tire free of charge, but don’t you think the shipping to ship it back is going to kill you I don’t have that kind of money to be shipping it back when there’s nothing you could do about it just I wouldn’t buy this bike.
