I love this bike. It was super easy to assemble and I encountered no initial issues. The ride is lovely. I encountered some issues while riding... the seat slipping down, an issue with a pedal that didn't retain position. Neither were manufacturer defects. I contacted customer service with a list of issues/questions. They immediately responded with item-by-item courses of corrections. They promptly shipped replacement parts, including a thicker shim to keep the seat from slipping. I cannot say enough about their support. Wonderful.     • Just so-so, no real complaints...
It rides nice enough, but the front fender or brake is scraping and no one can find out why after many of us have trouble shot. You can hear the noise, but it seems to ride okay, so I guess we'll just have to hope for the best. And, it was "meh" to put together. I guess I'll just have to hope that the scraping stops or doesn't cause worse damage. I wasn't happy that the price dropped by $100 after I bought it either, but that's not anyone's fault, I guess. ... show more

I’ve had the bike for about 5 months now and this is what I have noticed. The back tire keeps deflating for some reason, contacted support and they said they would send me a new tire like I know how to do that. The respond time was good. The battery barely last 6.6 miles that’s only 30 mins (for me) even with assist mode. Also they say it’s turn signals on there and it’s not at all. I like the bike though could be better, might have to do your own tinkering on it to make it better ... show more

this was the highlight gift for my daughter. She really enjoys riding the bike. I will say it has speed so you will definitely have to be careful until the child or adult learns how to ride. I am an adult and it was speedy for me. I would recommend helmet in knee pads for teenagers in younger teens until they are sure. Only thing that I would have a problem with is that the kickstand fell off and broke. It was not sturdy enough to hold up the bike so we just bought another one and put it on ourselves other than that this was a great buy.🎆 ... show more

I've had it for a few months and I love it. It's very fast. I haven't gone long distance but it's great for getting around the neighborhood. Even if the battery runs out it's light enough to pedal.

This bike is awesome a little bit of work to assemble needed my wife to help me she's more mechanicaly smart than me. Still haven't figured out how to take off the battery but was able to charge it. Get a helmet it is fast. Enjoy I'm going to.
