Highly recommended for everyday use.
Color: Classic Black
I’m very happy with this electric bike. It arrived in good condition and was easy to put together. I really like the folding design because it makes it easy to store and transport. The bike feels sturdy, rides smoothly, and is comfortable to use. The electric assistance is very helpful, especially when going uphill or riding longer distances. Overall, I think it’s a great bike for everyday use and I’m very satisfied with my purchase! ... show more

Great bike
Color: Classic Black
Love the bike, could be better quality but for the price, it’s been real good. I have used it to commute everyday to work 9 miles each way for the last two months, and it’s lovely! Support is 👎 non responsive, but I went to a bike store and got some bad breaks fixed.

Think very hard before you buy this bike

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE, This bike is not fit for purpose, it has numerous issues a) The saddle will not stay tightened because it is supplied with a totally inadequate finger tightened fixing. This bike supposedly is rated to carry 360lbs, I am 260 and my stepson 140 and with this ridiculous fitting you cannot tighten the saddle stem enough to keep the saddle raised for either of us. The consequence of this is you cannot use the pedals hence the battery does not last. b) The clip securing the handlebars is totally inadequate and required me modifying that to ensure the handlebars stay locked in place which is a serious safety issue. The final sting in the tail on taking the bike to USPS to return it I found out it will cost me $93 to send it back, however USPS could not find the return address from the supplier supplied label on their system and therefore could not guarantee they could deliver the item. So potentially being into this bike for over $300, I am reluctantly keeping it. I cannot believe that nobody else has not had the same issues and I hope that the supplier responds to this review. I did contact the supplier previously but so far I have heard nothing. ... show more

I love the bike and love the customer support. Very high respect for the customer support people.

I love this bike. It was super easy to assemble and I encountered no initial issues. The ride is lovely. I encountered some issues while riding... the seat slipping down, an issue with a pedal that didn't retain position. Neither were manufacturer defects. I contacted customer service with a list of issues/questions. They immediately responded with item-by-item courses of corrections. They promptly shipped replacement parts, including a thicker shim to keep the seat from slipping. I cannot say enough about their support. Wonderful. I haven't yet ridden enough to speak to battery life. The bike is lightweight and easy to move about when folded. The level of power provides for a speedy, satisfying riding experience. ... show more

It's really good—I've already bought it a second time, and a friend even asked me to place an order for them too.

A great purchase
Color: Green
this was the highlight gift for my daughter. She really enjoys riding the bike. I will say it has speed so you will definitely have to be careful until the child or adult learns how to ride. I am an adult and it was speedy for me. I would recommend helmet in knee pads for teenagers in younger teens until they are sure. Only thing that I would have a problem with is that the kickstand fell off and broke. It was not sturdy enough to hold up the bike so we just bought another one and put it on ourselves other than that this was a great buy.🎆 ... show more
