There’s no bad things to say about this bike, the only downside is the handle bar is also the same bar to speed up. Although it’s a really smooth ride, easy to assemble, and it’s compact too. There’s also really good stability and good speed control. Bike worked great for about 30 days, rear tire issue, started a return, the seller got back to me quickly, sent replacement parts to fix the bike, they arrived quickly. Battery lasts as long as advertised and charges pretty quickly. Rides nice and is silent Arrived on time.

Review of Electric Bike from ASKMY – Absolute Garbage, Unsafe, and a Complete Scam I rarely leave reviews, but this purchase was so outrageously bad that I feel obligated to warn others. This electric bike is 100% trash and should not even be sold on Amazon. The level of poor quality and dangerous design is shocking. Missing Tools and Parts: The bike arrived without the basic wrenches and tools needed for assembly. Luckily, I had my own, but this is unacceptable. Cheap Plastic Pedals: The pedals are made of flimsy plastic and were impossible to install because they were cross-threaded right out of the box. Dangerous Seat Mechanism: The seat cannot be tightened properly. The very first time I sat on it in my garage, the seat slipped out of place, causing me to fall and injure myself. I now have a large bruise on my leg because the locking system does not work at all. Loose Handlebars: No matter how much I tighten them, the handlebars remain loose and unsafe. I carefully followed the instructions, and I know what I’m doing, but the design is simply defective. Garbage Materials: Every single component feels cheap, fragile, and poorly made. This is not just disappointing—it is dangerous. This bike is a serious safety hazard. If you are even considering letting your children ride it, please think again. It is unsafe, unreliable, and built with the lowest possible quality materials. To make matters worse, I am being given the runaround because this was sold by a third-party seller. I want a full refund, but instead I am stuck wasting time dealing with excuses. Do not buy this bike from ASKMY. You will regret it. It is nothing but frustration, wasted money, and a real risk of injury. Amazon should not allow this product to be sold on their platform. ... show more

Wonderful bike! We wanted one to help my wife go over to nearby family and this has worked awesome so far! Battery range seems to be really good, and she is able to get there and back with no problems! Battery life seems really good too! I read the reviews about a customer having trouble with the seat. Ours was OK and now the seat keeps falling. My husband tried to adjust it several times and it just keeps falling again. We are getting very frustrated for we love the bike itself, but the seat issue has to be Addressed!!!!! I have told several people about this by who are willing to purchase it as well, but a little hesitant now with the issues that we’re having, I would wish that the company would reach out to me and address this issue of what I’m supposed to do ... show more
