I have had this bike for a few weeks now and am surprised at the power and speed of this bike. I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a bike for college or to go a couple miles one way so keep in mind you won’t be riding all over the city for super long rides because of the 10AH battery but that is not the purpose of this type of bike with 14 inch wheels but overall this bike is awesome. Also the battery alone for this bike is $120 so for the price it’s worth it ... show more

I love this bike. It was super easy to assemble and I encountered no initial issues. The ride is lovely. I encountered some issues while riding... the seat slipping down, an issue with a pedal that didn't retain position. Neither were manufacturer defects. I contacted customer service with a list of issues/questions. They immediately responded with item-by-item courses of corrections. They promptly shipped replacement parts, including a thicker shim to keep the seat from slipping. I cannot say enough about their support. Wonderful. I haven't yet ridden enough to speak to battery life. The bike is lightweight and easy to move about when folded. The level of power provides for a speedy, satisfying riding experience. ... show more

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE, This bike is not fit for purpose, it has numerous issues a) The saddle will not stay tightened because it is supplied with a totally inadequate finger tightened fixing. This bike supposedly is rated to carry 360lbs, I am 260 and my stepson 140 and with this ridiculous fitting you cannot tighten the saddle stem enough to keep the saddle raised for either of us. The consequence of this is you cannot use the pedals hence the battery does not last. b) The clip securing the handlebars is totally inadequate and required me modifying that to ensure the handlebars stay locked in place which is a serious safety issue. The final sting in the tail on taking the bike to USPS to return it I found out it will cost me $93 to send it back, however USPS could not find the return address from the supplier supplied label on their system and therefore could not guarantee they could deliver the item. So potentially being into this bike for over $300, I am reluctantly keeping it. I cannot believe that nobody else has not had the same issues and I hope that the supplier responds to this review. I did contact the supplier previously but so far I have heard nothing. ... show more

I bought this for my daughter. Very hesitant as to not waste money on something bad, but man I'm glad i went with this bike. This thing is fast! The battery doesn't last her too long, but it's great fun. Contacted seller about her breaking the throttle handle/key fob and got quick and fast help.(she fell - not broken from bad parts) 100% would buy from again.! ... show more

I took a gamble buying this bike. I’ve road it 3 times now to get back & forth to work. Let me put some things into perspective for you & give you some instructions that the manufacturer forgot to mention. I give it a 3/5 star rating because the battery life seems to be good, it charges within 4 - 5 hours (From zero) , 2-3 hours from 50% battery. The brakes actually work well & the tires came pumped up. My weight: 130lbs - 135lbs The speed modes go like this… Mode #3 20MPH , #2 15MPH, #1 10MPH (Most conservative without peddling) Back up mode #1 (Peddling with a little assist) Backup mode #2 (Bike OFF, peddling ONLY) which is slow but will get you there. Here’s where you need to improvise…. The instructions did not mention a single thing about how to install the handle bars. What I did was relied LESS if at all on the tiny handle or lever you use to tighten the frame, seat or what ever it’s on. And instead took a screwdriver or Allen wrench (Which did come with & did work well) to tighten it myself. I did that with both the handle bars & seat & they haven’t moved an inch. (I grew up working on bikes so I wasn’t afraid of adding my own tweaks to it… When you get it, you will notice a couple things… #1 the front part or STEM as I call it is literally welded on side ways & there’s nothing you can do about it. #2 The handle bars are NOT lined up with the tire or front frame. It will be WAYYY off. However, you can fix that by loosening the bolt that goes down the middle of the frame in the front with the Allen wrench provided. (It was ridiculously tight) I had to use a hammer to tap it loose. Distance: On one charge I can get back & forth (TWICE) 3.5 Miles from my house according to Apple Maps. As long as I stay in mode #1 (Ten miles per hour) Overall I am happy with it because it gets me to work. Mine came with all tools necessary & the charger for the battery. ... show more
