easy set up, simple directions and coffee in about a minute. so far.... so great- I don't have any complaints! I ordered this bc my nespresso machine that I just spent over $200 on less than a year ago broke. I'm pretty salty about it but thought what the heck may as well give this one a shot... when buying pods for the other machine I always ran into the same headache where I saw all these delicious looking flavors but never in the pods I needed, only in k-cups and I started regretting that I landed on the machine I did. when it broke, as salty as I was (and still am really), I thought welp... time to try a k-cup machine! so... here we are.... this machine is truly a single serve machine. the reservoir holds 12 oz so you'll be filling it up regularly... (but suprisingly this hasn't bothered me one bit). it does have a cold brew and a hot brew option... but let me be clear though... that DOES NOT mean your brewing an ice cold drink, not by any stretch... but I guess what it does do is brews at a hotter temp initially and reduces the heat toward the end of the brew cycle... so ur coffee is still gonna be hot.... just slightly less so (IMO) There's clear instructions on how to do both brew options. Also included in the box is a recipe book, which I thought was a nice bonus. as far as k-cups go, if you can't seem to find a flavor or brand that you like better than your everyday go-to, FEAR NOT, lol bc along with popping in a prepackaged and distributed k-cup, you also have the option to use the k-cup reusable filter, where you can refill it with whatever coffee you'd like. for such a simple machine you sure get some options. I love it so far. the machine has a nice minimalistic design, complete with a single button operation so it's nearly fool proof. add to that, that the instructions are very clear and I'm truly not sure if you'll be able to a)mess up while using it and/or b) have any trouble with it really at all. I love it so far and I'm thrilled that I ordered it. I do hope that it holds up and as far as how it feels, or how it was made... it's comparable to most other small coffee machines... a lot like the kurigs (or similar) you tend to see a lot of times in hotel rooms. in comparison to my $200 newly repurposed paperweight formally known as an espresso machine... the 2 are fairly close though I must admit the paperweight does feel a bit more solid.... BUT THERES NO COMPARISON WHEN IT COMES TO THE NOISE FACTOR. THIS THING TAKES THAT CAKE AND WINS BY A LANDSLIDE. Side paperweight feels like a brick and sounds like a plain is taking off out the kitchen. this little gem sputters a bit but is nearly silent aside from that. all in all it's a great machine. small but mighty. quiet and quick. simple and minimalistic yet it covers all the bases... I'd happily recommend!

This little coffee maker will have your coffee ready quickly! I was able to brew a 10oz mug of coffee in 2 minutes. There isn’t much of a reservoir for water. But this helps keep the size of the unit small. You will need to add enough water for your cup each time you use it. But don’t add more than you need, otherwise your cup will overflow. We don’t usually have coffee pods around, so I used the separate coffee filter attachment. (Side note: there is an insert for use with coffee pods and another insert that is the reusable filter. I would have preferred to have the reusable filter fit within the pod insert so I don’t have an extra piece sitting around.) I put 2 TBS of grounds in it and still had plenty of room for more. Starting the machine is easy. The directions are printed on the top of the machine. Press once for hot coffee or twice for iced coffee. I chose hot coffee. It didn’t seem to need any time to heat the water. The resulting cup of coffee was strong, but not very smooth. I also had sediment in the bottom of my cup. It’s not a great cup of coffee but it is certainly drinkable. And very convenient. I still prefer my usual drip coffee maker. I can see this coffee maker being used a lot to quickly heat water for tea or ramen.

ONLY brews one cup/mug before needing water; Simple to use. Got this to use with/at a volunteer organization. So nice to have a fresh cup without having to make a full pot. Seems like folks appreciate having the option. I did not realize that there is a little brown k-cup HOLDER that must be placed in the machine when using ready made K-cups. I DID realize this also has the option of a fill-it-yourself reusable K-cup. Please don’t make the mistake I did and put a pre-made K-cup in the machine without the brown K-cup holder (e.g. this is different than the fill-it-yourself holder!). If you do, you'll have an overrun of hot water from the Coffee holder area. (Oops!). Once that was understood, this was easy to use. Fill the back reservoir with a mug/cup full of water--it will brew every bit of water you give it into your cup; Pop in your selected K-Cup; Close the lid and with your cup ready to receive some java; Press the start button. I like that this has s de-scaling option (untested as yet). That should enhance the longevity and quality of coffee for this machine. Enjoy! I would give this a 4.5 star rating

The media could not be loaded. Hands down, I am absolutely impressed with this K-Cup coffee maker! With a perfect compact size, it is very ideal for small countertop areas, especially in your RV. Not only will it brew standard hot cups of coffee, but it also has cold brew capability. The lid has simple instructions for clicking the power button twice, which illuminates blue for cold brew mode. There is a handy cold brew recipe booklet included that features several popular cold brew drinks that you would find at big name coffee shops. I have yet to make a cold brew, but I can attest that this little coffee maker brews a fine cup of hot coffee. Brew time for a full 12-ounce cup takes about two minutes. Be advised, if filling the reservoir to "MAX," you can expect a 100% full cup of coffee as indicated in my attached picture. Use caution so that you don't spill it! If you prefer to supply your own coffee grounds instead of using K-Cups, the kit also includes a little fresh ground adapter cup that allows you to brew with your favorite bag coffee. Clicking the power button three times will illuminate a red light, which indicates scale cleaning mode. This thing really is fully featured! I could go on and on about this little K-Cup machine, but you get the idea. It's a perfect fully functional unit for coffee lovers! I can pretty much guarantee that you'll be as impressed as I am. What a great value!
