Let me say 1st, this an honest review. I am 215lbs and 5'6. It arrived in 3 boxes like it said and not all on the same day. It took maybe 30 to 45 minutes to assemble. I had 4 screws and a couple of hoses to connect. The instructions were pretty straightforward. I fit good, with a little room to spare. I'm not quite tall enough to reach the shoulder massage but my husband who is 5'11 can get to them better. If I ever really need them I will try sitting on a pillow. I love this chair because it hits everything almost. Zero gravity relieves all sorts of tension in my back. My feet, calves, hips (yes hips), back and even my arms (especially when tennis elbow or carpal tunnel is acting up) get what they need out of this chair. And it doesn't take up a whole lot of space, it's about the same as my regular recliner even in zero gravity. Love the heat function to, add heat to zero gravity to body massage, SWEET!

I experienced trouble with shipping which is not the fault of the seller. They were very quick to respond and I feel confident that if I ever have any issues, they will be happy to answer. The chair itself is as described and the other good reviews are accurate. I can't imagine why anyone would have any problems with the chair itself. I got it for my husband who has a medical condition which causes him a lot of pain and he already loves the chair for the relief it provides!

50/50 how i feel about this chair. Took co workers advise in buying, probably my first mistake. To start the back and feet rollers are great. Was hoping the back rollers moved. I dont understand the air bags as massagers ,maybe thats me. But they have air bag "massagers" for your shoulders, id have to be like 6 or 7'tall as its at the top of my head doing nothing. Try to scoot to it and your arms dont reach in arm bag massagers. So is it a 3k-9k chair quality and massage no. But for your feet and back its good. We got to have instead of a hottub again. Also should say the wheels to install the brakets were both bent so havent gotten wheels in yet.

We like that this doesn't take up a lot of space, blends into the decor and that it provides a very nice massage. We are working with customer service currently however due to what is likely an electrical issue with the zero gravity/recline feature. Aside from that, the other features works great and hopefully that problem will be remedied soon.

Massage chair cane in 3 separate boxes. My husband was able to put the chair together within an hour. Everything worked fine except for the foot roller which was not working at all. We contacted the seller and within hours received an email with instruction on how to fix. We reconnected the wires which became loose during transit and the chair was up and running perfectly. Perfect ending to a hard day and well worth the money!
