I replaced my broken screen protector’s design with this one, and this was my experience: Installation was awesome, fast and easy. The screen protector’s design is great, so it fits the phone screen space PERFECTLY. It feels good to the touch, screen is responsive, and the curved edges are a welcome feature. Keep in mind this screen protector has a privacy feature, which means that you can't see screen contents from the sides, and this is also true for FaceID, so FaceID from the angles will have a very limited functionality. This is NOT a product's defect. Privacy screen protectors block the view from the sides so only you can see your screen (and not people around you), and this is true from both sides of the screen, so it's complete normal that FaceID (FROM THE SIDES) to have limited functionality, it will work perfectly from the front. So, if you need privacy, you need to embrace the trade-offs. Also, keep in mind that this is a common behavior on this kind of product and it's not specific to this one in particular. I'm leaving this explanation on the review so you can be informed and understand what you are buying so you don't mistakenly think this is a defective product, because, again, it's NOT. In fact, the product is EXCELLENT, and the way it works, is as it should, by design. If you don't need privacy, you can try their clear version, which is also excellent, and you will have a FaceID working from all sides/angles. Awesome customer support, very responsive, patient and informative. Will buy their products again for sure, because I like a customer support that prioritizes client satisfaction, and this people are AWESOME.
