I always forget about privacy screen protectors until about a year after I get a new phone. But this time around, I remembered to purchase one! During the install, I got a speck of dust lodged on the edge of the screen protector that I couldn't get out but with a little maneuvering, I was able to lift the screen protector and remove it with one of the provided stickers. Air bubbles are easy to remove, either by using your hands to squeeze the air bubble to the edges, or for really stubborn bubbles, lifting the closest corner of the air bubble. This means that the application was flawless. The only issue I had was that after installing the screen protector, my Face ID wouldn't work half the time, especially in a dark setting. I used to be able to unlock my phone with Face ID in the dark, using the light from my phone screen to illuminate my face. It's also a little hit or miss even in low light settings. I just ended up inputting an alternate appearance and that seems to have worked so far. All in all, an excellent screen protector. ... show more

Update: After seeing my original review the seller contacted me trying to make it right. They issued a refund and replacement without me asking for it. That right there speaks volumes. Seller never asked me to update my review which is one of the reasons why I am. I put the replacement privacy screen on my wife’s phone so we could give them an honest side by side comparison to see if one was better than the other. The bubbles I had under my screen I was able to work out after a couple days where as my wife’s screen install went better with no bubbles. As for the privacy, I think I was expecting more than what’s reasonable, especially for this price point. There’s definitely screen privacy protectors out there that do a better job but this one works fairly well. As a screen protector it seems to be holding up fairly well. No scratches to it and no damage to phone so far and I’m rough on my phones. Original :The screen protector appears good quality as you open the package but that ends with install. I have three bubbles that I have been unable to work out. The screen protector offers little to no privacy from anyone who is at a 45 degree angle or less. Not much of an improvement over a clear screen protector. Unknown quality on the actual screen protection aspect because I haven’t dropped it yet. ... show more
