Update: After seeing my original review the seller contacted me trying to make it right. They issued a refund and replacement without me asking for it. That right there speaks volumes. Seller never asked me to update my review which is one of the reasons why I am. I put the replacement privacy screen on my wife’s phone so we could give them an honest side by side comparison to see if one was better than the other. The bubbles I had under my screen I was able to work out after a couple days where as my wife’s screen install went better with no bubbles. As for the privacy, I think I was expecting more than what’s reasonable, especially for this price point. There’s definitely screen privacy protectors out there that do a better job but this one works fairly well. As a screen protector it seems to be holding up fairly well. No scratches to it and no damage to phone so far and I’m rough on my phones. Original :The screen protector appears good quality as you open the package but that ends with install. I have three bubbles that I have been unable to work out. The screen protector offers little to no privacy from anyone who is at a 45 degree angle or less. Not much of an improvement over a clear screen protector. Unknown quality on the actual screen protection aspect because I haven’t dropped it yet. ... show more

Update: Changing my review to 5 stars. Update: Customer Service reached out and was extremely excellent and helpful. They sent a replacement screen protector and after applying it. The Face ID works. The first one. I believe the hole placement was a bit off. But after using the one they recent. It fits perfectly and I am able to use the Face ID feature to unlock my phone. Their customer service is great and if you do have a problem with the item. Please reach out to them as they are extremely helpful. After reapplying the new one. This is a 5 star product. But if you rely on Face ID. Face ID won’t work. Maybe I received a defective one but I noticed that the hole for the display bar is cut a bit smaller and the hole placement was a bit down. I even used the tray that if came with to align it and thought hmm it would be okay. But after putting it on and even turning my brightness all the way up. Face ID won’t recognized. If you don’t use Face ID then the product is great. ... show more

Good privacy, easy to install but not durable at all. Within 20 days of installing it broke. The listing claim 9H hardness but i doubt it. I don’t remember any fall but still it was broken. Fitting wise, it was good for iPhone 15 pro max.

Great product for the price! Had zero spaces/bubbles after installing (had all the supplies needed - wet and dry wipes, dust sticker etc). Will definitely buy again if the need arises.
