Wasn’t sure it would fit my Canon T8i since everyone complained about not finding a camera cage but it did and I’m super excited to work on my cinema rig! Things to note: 1. You WILL NEED a dummy battery if you don’t want to keep changing out your existing battery as the cage does cover it! Literally the only flaw I can find so far! See pics 2. There are some spacing opportunities at the top right which I’ll be using to my advantage for running cables and grip. If you can look past it or plan on building a cinema rig, it won’t matter. Made of aluminum and solid. Wasn't sure how nice this would be when I ordered it as it was the cheapest option. But pleasantly surprised that it is a quality bit of kit. Well designed as the cage fits thoughtfully around the camera allowing for access to the battery and SD card with the cage on the camera. I use mine to hange a couple lights and it works great for that. I would not recommend as a means of protecting the camera from a fall, etc. but is great for adding accessories. ... show more
