Replaced my focal polyglass speakers with these beauties. The polyglass is an awesome speaker in it's own right... but they can’t compete with the flax. These play louder while producing sonically superior sound. Sound quality is somewhat subjective but there no denying these bring out subtle nuances in music tracks you've played 100x but never before because they were played on inferior drivers. Mid bass response down to 60hz is nice is crisp. Highs are precise and clear without harshness. Running these biamped at 80watts a channel. Proper application and sound deadening is crucial to get the most out of these. This is one of the best component sets you can buy without spending crazy money $1000+ ... show more

Amazing sound quality, tons of bass for a 6 5 midbass driver when installed correctly. Very loud and clear. The tweeters are loud and warm and won't pierce your ears.

Added these to my 2019 f250 crew. These fit however you will need to buy adapter brackets. The opening in the front doors are 6x9. They will not fit without the adapters. The bass is tight and crisp in the mids. The highs scream from the tweeters like a spoiled 2 year old kid that was just told no for the first time.     • Sounded great for about 4 hours of playing time
They sounded great at first after getting the crossovers, timing and eq set but the crossovers burnt-out after only about 4 hours of use, they are claiming damage caused by users abuse but I wasn't near full volume maybe 3/4 volume when they went and they are rated to be able to handle the JL Audio HD 600/4 amps power output and now Focal won't cover them under warranty and I have to spend $280 on new crossovers ... show more

I normally strip my car of stock audio systems and replace with focals. If you like crisp sound look no further.
