The item is to be assembled on its side, /you should have two people to lift it is it is heavy. The product comes nicely packed in three boxes. One box had a sliding shelf that was damaged. Directions implied a warranty for damaged parts, but it took countless requests to Amazon with no response. The problem is the product is distributed by another company and evidently communication is bad., They. never responded to calls or emails. When we'd given up hope, the broken piece arrived, months later, thanks!!! This is a bit complicated to assemble, key pre-drilling on handles are inaccurate. I had to redrill, not a biggy. Also some of hardware rubber expanders are either old or inadequate, I added screws to bolster stability. Good looking product with those problems. ... show more

It looks soo beautiful on pictures but quality is AWFUL NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! I can't return bc i miss return window 😡 but quality is awful first you literally have to guess bc intructions are no help and 2 once you finally get it together doors dont sit how the supposed too and the whole thing giggles so on top of that you need to be careful of moving it bc it could literally break. I don't even want to put stuff in it i don't think it can hold alot ... show more

Arrived in 3 boxes, instructions weren't as clear as I personally would have liked, but still got the job done with plenty of extra screws! There's a blue plastic coating on the upper door handles that is a pain to get off so I haven't quite figured that out yet, but otherwise it's a sturdy piece of furniture! ... show more
