I purchased these sunglasses for a trip to sunny Mexico. I wanted an inexpensive pair of glasses that I (might) be able to abuse without feeling guilty... boy, was I wrong! Inexpensive yes, cheap no‼ I actually bought both pairs of these glasses, amber and gray lenses. My preference over the years has been the natural gray lense. Well, I surprised myself!, in the naturally sunny climate of Mexico, on an island surrounded by water I found myself wearing the amber lenses the whole time. Not that there was anything wrong with the gray lenses I just found myself gravitating to the amber lense for its crisp, clear view and definition of the surrounding landscape. Lightweight, crisp clarity, even on the water, and pleasing amber lense. In all my many years of buying sunglasses, these go down as one of my best purchases... ever! ... show more

Fits nicely, looks good. relatively sturdy ( unless you drive over it with your truck like I did with the previous one). I would prefer a tad lighter tint of amber, but it's ok. I love the fact that it does not have this "transitional tint", darker in the upper part of the lens like most sunglasses these days do. ... show more

Been using these a few months and I've found them to be exactly what I need. I deliver mail on a rural route and drive 4 or 5 hours every day. The polarization is great for blocking glare from the windshield. The tint is light enough for me to still see in shadows. I've ordered 5 pairs, to have one in all my vehicles. Have yet to scratch a lens, though maybe I've been lucky? ... show more

A polarized pair of sunglasses for $15 seemed like a mistake but sure enough these are awesome. The tint does not affect the color of things too much and does a great job sharpening up some things. Additionally the polarized lens does great at decreasing some of the glare. They are phenomenally light weight which is really nice, and I take comfort in knowing that they are essentially scratch proof. Style-wise I think they look great both on me and my wife, just make sure you understand the actually sunglasses are matte. I think I would have preferred them to be glossy or semi-glossy but the matte is fine with me, especially at this great price. I am likely going to buy the pair in black soon, as I love these so much. Highly recommended ... show more
