The media could not be loaded. Updating my review after a week+ of use .... love the product and works great ...... but yes , instructions aren’t clear which led to my earlier review so as to get clarity, nevertheless figured it out ... #1. it takes approx 4-5 hrs for complete charging and power stays for good time after a complete recharge .... #2. Bluetooth paring is easy , just choose ‘Bluetooth ‘ on your mobile device to pair and start using ... My kid is enjoying this gift to its fullest .... no problem and hope it continues to work the same .... ‘it’s value for money’ for this Hoover board .... ======================= My old update ... Two problems 1. It’s charging out quick and not charging completely even after charging for 3+ hrs.... 2. it says Bluetooth and the speaker initially says it to when u switch on but there is no way to pair any device and no instructions .... Product is good. Good on carpet and flat areas, not strong enough for incline. It couldn’t go up my drive way with the kid riding, although my drive way is steeper than normal. I’d recommend it for kids, I would not buy myself one, as it does not seem powerful enough. Instructions are simple. I’ve had it bug out a few times where the lights kept flashing and I’d have to reset it. The Bluetooth is easy to pair and speakers are quite good. I would purchase again. ... show more

Zero rating! The first unit was a gift from Santa! Not a great Christmas when this was the primary gift my son wanted. Would not turn on, would not take a charge. Receive a second unit about a week later. This one would only turn on if plugged in (Would Not Move ) The second unit would not take a charge as well, Do Not buy this Hoverboard! If you want your money back, you have to pay for shipping unless you call and contest the charges with Amazon. Did finally get my money back. ... show more

My daughter love it. I think it was very much worth the money, I personally love the color and the Bluetooth feature. My daughter connects it to her Iphone and rolls around the house. I was a bit nervous because my daughter had never been on a hoverboard before but let me tell you If that is one of your concerns do not stress my four year old rides it, not standing because she cannot balance it but on her knees and just leans which way she wants to go. kids learn fast. I got it for her as a birthday present on her 8th birthday. Literally the next morning after her birthday, I came downstairs and she was doing spins on It and ridding all around the house. as for battery life I really can't say because it's been so cold we have not been outside with it. ... show more

    • Great value hoverboard with okay battery life
The media could not be loaded. Hoverboard works great for my 7 year old. I have had an adult on it as well. We can play music through the speakers. The lights on the hoverboard are really cool and bright. Exactly what my 7 year old wants to show off and act like he’s the coolest kid. The hoverboard does not let you go over a certain speed which I appreciate. My 5 year old daughter has never been on a hoverboard but was able to ride this around (with assistance). She’s very cautious and would have been able to do it alone if she wasn’t too afraid of falling. I also live on a packed sand road. It is driven on the road, through short grass, concrete, tile floor, area rugs, and into garages. The only complaint so far is the battery life. I feel like it could be way better. My son can ride it maybe an hour tops before it sounds that we need to charge the battery. Definitely worth spending the little amount of money. I looked at A LOT and felt this one was the best bet for a child who isn’t exactly the easiest with his toys. It’s taken a beating so far and is still working. ... show more

I bought this for my Daughter for Christmas. When both of our Daughters opened their hoverboards, they were genuinely Surprised and Excited to open them and try them out. I haven't felt so satisfied with a reaction in a very long time. The colors are so cool and much nicer than others I've seen in person. The battery life is impressive. The Bluetooth sound is Great! The girls are enjoying them. They don't take too long to charge and the carrying case is nice because these bad boys are kinda heavy for a tween to lug around. But, they're mostly riding ON them, so, not much carrying. I was also suprised at how easily they learned to ride them and not fall. I'm very happy with my purchase of 2 of them. And I'll cherish the memory of their reactions for years to come. ... show more

My wife and I looked at this hoverboard for our grandson for his birthday last week, and the expected ship date would have gotten the shipment in plenty of time. I decided to research it further before purchasing and procrastinated, and left town doing nothing. When my wife ordered it 5 days later, delivery was quoted into April! My grandson's birthday was today. I emailed the shipper explaining my dilemma, and it was shipped out THE NEXT DAY. It arrived yesterday. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for bringing joy to my grandson whose party was cancelled because of COVID19. The hoverboard was a surprise, and it helped make his day! The hoverboard comes with a 3-month warranty, so I purchased a 3-year extended warranty. We "face timed" tonight, and our grandson was on the hoverboard just about the entire time.
