The carpet is cute. Not super thick, but what I expected for the price. However, the smell when I took it out of the plastic bag was AWFUL. It literally burned my nose. This rug is so soft it has like a mink feel to it, my kids love to just lay on it and roll around. It does have some grips on the bottom, but will still move a little. It was very affordable considering the quality is very nice.
