Nothing with Fluke's name on it is cheap, but compared to purchasing the contents of this set individually it is a bargain. It is also something to talk your wife into buying you for a wedding anniversary when thirty years worth of assorted multi meter test leads, clamps, probes, and adapters suddenly decide to disappear out of the back of your truck. Fortunately, my Fluke 179 meter was not in the tool box in the back of my truck when it decided to grow legs. The right angle (on one end) test leads are 60 inches, silicone insulated, and very flexible. In fact everything including the case is up to Flukes high quality standards. The TPAK magnetic hanger is very handy to have, and works with my Fluke 179 DMM. The case is a good quality polyester, and has a Velcro secured divider that allows me to separate my 179 DMM.from the rest of the accessories that came with the set. The case it ships with is different than pictured. Being en electronics hobbyist for two decades now I have used this and that brand of cheaper multimeters. The difference in quality and overall use of the Fluke 289 is simply astounding. I decided to buy this case and test leads to complement my 289 and I am glad I did. The case is made for the 289 and it has a lot of space for both the multimeter and accessories. I only wish this came with the attachment that allows you to hang the meter on right angle corners. Other than that, the leads are great quality and im sure they will last me a long time (I'm an electronics technician for an oilfield service company)
