  • Accelerates end to end fiber continuity checks, speeds fiber tracing and identification, features continuious wave for steady illumination or flashing output modes for easy identification, verify proper polarity and orientation of fibers with a multi fiber connector like the mt rj
  • Connects to 2.5 millimete connectors (sc, st, fc, and fj), rugged and built to last for demanding field applications, attaches with handy lanyard or carrying case so it's always on hand when you need it; Connect to 1.25 millimeter connectors (lc and mu) with the nf380 adapter (sold separately)

Description

Diagnose and repair simple fiber link problems with VisiFault Visual Fault Locator (VFL). Laser-powered cable continuity tester locates fibers, verifies cable continuity and polarity. Helps find breaks in cables, connectors and splices. Continuous and flashing modes make for easier identification. Integrated universal 2.5mm adapter makes for easy connection to SC, ST, FC, and FJ connectors and optional 1.25mm adapter (sold separately) allows for connection to LC and MU connectors. Rugged construction for demanding field- testing. Long battery life for hours of use.

Haven’t used this yet to fault locate, but the dust cap is way to sloppy to effectively protect from dust. So loose it pops off on it’s own. Will revisit review after use to fault locate.
