Purchased on a Saturday, delivered via FedEx on next Thursday, well within expectations. Instructions are clear and well written for a build yourself model with hex head bolts. Assembled solo in about an hour. Some of my pieces were missing the letter stickers but easy enough to figure it out by the pictures. Only negative is that I wish the headboard was longer, it's only about 20 inches top to bottom. It was easy to put together. Looks nice and is very sturdy. The only complaint I have is that the headboard is TINY! The picture is very deceiving which was quite disappointing. However the overall product is good which is why I gave it 4 stars.

So far the bed frame looks nice and is quiet, the directions were a bit confusing as it skipped steps and according to the directions all the pieces were lettered but none of them had letters on them so I looked and guessed.
