We have a funky light/fan in our bedroom and it has always been pretty dark even with the lights on. Always been a complaint for us. So, I looked into swapping the bulbs out for LED and it made a lot of difference. It is probabably 50% brighter and the bulbs don't get hot. I’ve tried a ton of LED bulbs and these are among the very few I will probably buy again. Color is good, on the soft side, they do dim, no drama. Like all LEDs I’ve found in the candelabra size, the dimming is okay-but-not-great. They buzz a bit and definitely don’t work like the old incandescents, at least in standard dimmers, but as of now I haven’t found any that are any closer to the real thing in this size. I ended up using these mostly in non-dimmable fixtures where they are completely acceptable. Unfortunately, I still have incandescents on all the dimmers and am still looking for a better LED replacement for them. ... show more

These bulbs are yellowed and produce an amazing amount of light! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we plugged them in. The bold itself is classy and pleasing to the eye. Will be buying again.
