The light fixtures under my house’s covered porches are all rated for a maximum of 60-watt bulbs. While my light fixtures are beautiful to look at, 60-watt conventional incandescent bulbs are much too dim to adequately light the space. I’ve been using bright LED bulbs for the last several years, since, like these ones, they draw well under the 60-watt maximum. The super-bright LED bulbs I’ve bought in the past have all put out a harsh, bluish color. They were expensive and short-lived, too, burning out after a year or so. I don’t know how long these bulbs will last, but I can say that they produce tons of GORGEOUS golden light. My porches are now bathed in the golden glow at night. I liked how bright they were. Three were bright that is. One was dead on arrival in October. The rest are now dead as well in February, only 4 months later. The last two were flickering and dying over the last month. NOT a good value. I do not recommend, unless you only need a couple of bulbs to last about a month. ... show more

03.24.2023 -- i compared two 810lm (100w each) bulbs from Lowes. One was daylight (5k,) the other soft white (2.7k). as i suspected the FLSNT 100W 2,700K did the best. not sure if they really are 2,600lm, but between the three bulbs this one is the brightest. plus is will seem it doesn't interfere with the TV ( none an annoying glow,) due to the soft white selection. very satisfied customer. 02.03.2024 -- the light still works, did not break. seems like it will last an LED scheduling life. the photo only takes one bulb, but i had three left over. i was able to get two more lights in one fixture that fit the size of the bulb. this fixture is not crazy.retro like the photo, but more modern. i will not pitty you by any more nonsense, all i want to say is if i had a second photo of the other fixture the light output is more white plus vibrant (two bulbs | one milky white fixture) like 3.5 -- 4.2 Kalvin all in these 100W A21 12W 1600Lm 2700K bulbs! ... show more

I was very happy with these bulbs because of their strength in their illumination and the expansion of them, just for the places where I need them, but I am very worried because in a very short time I have already burned out 2 bulbs. 2 out of 12 of these FLSNT 1600 Lumen LED lights stopped working after 3 months of use. Pros: 1) Very bright - 1600 Lumen 2) Attractive, clear glass envelope Cons: 1) Short lifetime 2) A bit pricey 3) A21 glass size is bigger than a standard A19 bulb, same screw size, but may not fit inside of all fixtures. (the A21 glass size may have been necessary due to the high lumen brightness) I wish there were other options out there for 1600 lumen, as I really like the brightness. ... show more
