Hi folks....I want to take a minute and tell you about this company. I ordered this Cyclone 3 back in March because I heard how good they are. I never opened it and put it in my 5th Wheel because I needed it at our summer place. I didn't get the package opened until the first week in May (hence I was past the 30-day return for Amazon). So in case you don't know....this one doesn't come with a battery but it has several enclosed adapters like DeWalt, Milwaukee, etc., so that you can use one of your own. We put it together and installed the DeWalt battery adapter and the second I clicked it into place black smoke came billowing out. I hadn't even turned it on. It was obviously fried. I was livid because I missed the 30-day return window but called FlowZone anyway just knowing they would tell me "too bad". Boy, I couldn't have been more wrong! The gal apologized and said they wanted to make it right and would immediately send me out a new one....(without waiting for the return mind you!) Then she said she would make sure that someone installed the DeWalt adapter for me and would test it to make sure it worked! I was floored. THEN....She sent me a return label so I didn't have to pay shipping and the new one was shipped the very next morning! I received it and it works beautifully! So much better than I ever thought it would. I sprayed my brother's eaves in his log cabin and it was at least 20 feet high! Works like a dream! This is the best customer service l think I've ever seen. Truly! No one treats consumers like this nowadays! This is the best sprayer and best company! Try them, you won't be disappointed!

I like this sprayer and use it frequently. At the beginning had some problems that turned out to be a manufacturing issue. When I first added water to the tank, the motor wouldn't turn on. Did what a lot of us guys do, looked on the internet for solutions and nothing worked. So contacted support and received a new motor, did not include directions. I installed the motor exactly the same way the original was wired with the red and black wires. Turned on the switch and it was dead. So looking into the guts of the wiring, having to use a bright light and magnifying glass and discovered the plus and negative wires were installed as reversed. Actually, the poles protruded through a rough black plastic piece and a plus and minus emblems were raised to indicate the poles (also black color) - needed a flashlight in order to understand which was which. Since the unit was again ruined, sent pictures and talked to support again and received a new motor - they had not seen this manufacturing problem so far. This time I recognized which poles were the plus and minus and the motor worked and has since been a great companion. I want to complement the support department as while this was being figured out I was not a happy customer and they knew it. Thanks again Support, you hung in there for me.

So far I love this sprayer. I use it with the Dewalt adapter so I can reuse all my extra batteries. Battery lasts a long time with the dewalt conversion. You can easily change the tee jet nozzles. If you have the money to spare que this sprayer.

There are lots of electric sprayers with good reviews, I bought this one because it comes with adaptors for 3 popular brands of cordless tools. I’ve used this to spray only 3-4 tank fulls, worked great. Never going back to a hand pumper. The harness is very comfortable. I installed the Makita battery adaptor which was quite fiddlely. You must look at the instructions before changing the adaptors! I broke off wire terminals on the first sprayer I bought because the wires are too short and I did it wrong. Customer service was fantastic about getting me a new sprayer, but a star dropped because the wires are too short. I did a couple tank fulls of spraying with one 3 amp hour Makita battery, which I thought was great.

Ordered the Flowzone Cyclone and I do not regret it. Sturdy and well designed. I am so happy with this sprayer. Was using a hand pump sprayer and never again.
