The weight is a bit hefty feeling without any liquid already. Filled with 4 gallons of liquid, it can get pretty heavy (I'm 5"7 140lbs). It still makes any job easier/faster (I was using a 2gal manual pump before). Spraying pesticide was taking 4-6 hours before. With the Cyclone 3 it takes sub 2 hours. Functionally it's a straight forward machine that does the job. I was a little sore after, but 2 hours in hot weather is no joke. I'll report back if any problems. The stainless steel wand was missing from the original package. I contacted support through amazon by clicking on "Problem with order". Customer support always responded within 24 hr. They promptly helped me by sending the missing wand with no extra charge. So kudos for customer support. ... show more

Most comfortable backpack sprayer I've owned. Brass quick attachments are solid, no leaks. Long hose is perfect for maneuvering. Pistol grip spray wand is easy on the hand. Puts out an incredible spray and I use it on the second setting. Gallon markings are very easy to read. Awesome product! Never pumping again. I also purchased the cart for it since I'm 70 and no longer wanted to carry a backpack sprayer on my back and I bought a longer hose for convenience. Battery last a long time too.

I have used about a dozen different brands of pump backpacks and about 4 different brands of battery operated backpacks and this brand is by far the best! They occasionally need a little servicing depending on how much use they get, but the performance of these is SO MUCH better than anything else on the market that it's absolutely worth it. It does have a few drawbacks that I haven't been thrilled about but it's still worth it. The lids have gotten progressively better over the years because they used to break every easily, but again, it's worth it for the performance. I don't like filling it up beyond 3 gallons because it does leak a little if when it shoshes. I wouldn't use any powdered or water soluble granular products because you really need a proper serviceable/replaceable diaphragm pump for those kinds of products. After a year and a half’s worth of use, the whole plastic tank started to cave in. I contacted customer support and they carelessly said they had never seen this before and sent me the link to buy a new tank. Not worth the money to only last a year and a half.
