I still stand by my former 1 star review of the product I received. However, the company reached out to me and asked me about my experience and offered me a refund on the product despite the fact that I was well outside the return and no longer had it to return to them. This was uncommon and exceptional to me. That is worth a few stars. Perhaps, I received an odd faulty sifter. Regardless, they felt with the problem swiftly and professionally and I would feel comfortable buying from this company again. Former review below. It broke the first time I used it. I was sifting powdered sugar and the trigger mechanism constantly locks up. Unfortunately, I am outside the return window.

I took it to try how it works by testing the mechanism and before I even used it the side parts broke off so not sure it can be used at all . It’s a pain to return so maybe I’ll see if it’s fixable or if I can just shake the flower out . The stainless steel part looks fine but the mechanics don’t work . The spring and the rest of it all are off of handle . Was this one defective or are all like this ?

The sifter turned out smaller than I what expected. However, it turned out pefect because when I sift the flour. It does not fall outside the bowl. Therefore, I like it very much.

It is very hard for me to beliveve this is a three cup sifter. It is extremely narrow and not what I expected. Measuring 3 cups leaves no room for baking powder, baking soda, and salt that I always sift together. I hoped to replace my old sifter which is way bigger.

Nice little sifter for fine layer of cornstarch. Without it, it always clumped in some places and none in others. I love this little sifter. It would also be great for powdered sugar and obviously for flour. A+
