Update : Remaining two bulbs were sent in a separate package, it was just a misunderstanding! Received only 12 Globe balls in the package but everything else has 14 (wires, G4 lights). Now I’ve to talk to customer service and check on the remaining.

I originally ordered this for my foyer, but then decided to install in the living room instead. It does take a lot of time to install. Also, the instructions need improvement. They need more details on hanging the crystals, also a diagram. An instruction video on their site wouldn’t hurt. The balls are heavy, and it took two people to hang up and put together. It does include everything needed to put the light up, even a wire stripper and crimper. Since we shortened it and didn’t use all the wire this really came in handy. It does take some time and work to put it all together, but it looks amazing. It’s a statement piece, and it looks great in the living room since I have vaulted ceilings. I’ve been admiring it everyday. I’ve also received compliments on it. Thinking of getting another one for the foyer so it’ll match. I recommend this for high ceiling areas, it would look great in any room.
