These are pretty in daylight but the lights are hot bright. You could barely see them in the pool and the batteries burned out within a few hours. We ended up lighting tea lights and letting those float in the pool. The tea lights were a lot more bright and really lit the water. These were a waste of money for poor design. All but two arrived damaged. Was packaged in a box with other items in nothing but a cellophane wrapper. Supposed I should expect it for the price. Still usable and not noticeable from far away, but not a lasting decoration.
