The media could not be loaded. I LOVE my new bed 😍 It looks so wonderful. Good quality, very sturdy, zero noise, cool LED effects and very pretty crystal details. 😍 I assembled it myself. I can't say it was easy 😅 I should probably ask for help, but I decided to change myself and it took me 2 days. You can do it way faster if you have good tools and not doing it alone. This bed was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The item arrived late, the packaging was seriously damaged, and several parts were missing. The assembly instructions were incorrect, and some of the included pieces didn’t even match the design shown in the listing. The overall construction quality is far below acceptable. I had to spend hours trying to figure out how to make this bed usable, and even then it was only possible because I improvised replacement parts myself. No customer should have to deal with this. I contacted customer support and was told a full refund would be issued for the inconvenience, but that never happened only a partial refund was processed. This experience was extremely frustrating and has wasted a lot of my time. I absolutely do not recommend this product. Upload photos of torn packaging, missing pieces, and mismatched parts to help other buyers avoid the same problem.

Wasn’t satisfied with the color of the material. In the picture and description, it says that it’s white, when opening the box I looked at the material and it was not White. It seems to look like a light gray color material. Didn’t match any of my dressers that I have in my daughters room which are white. Would’ve easily been a 5 star bed frame if the material were better described.

This is your standard put it together yourself type furniture. Two pieces of the headboard were milled incorrectly, but since there’s no hope of hearing from the seller or the manufacturer, I just did the best I could. Understand that once this is assembled, you will never be able to take it apart because the screws are made of cheap metal that strip easily.
