I don’t normally write reviews and feel compelled to share on this one. 1) delivery: less than 1 week and faster than original estimated shipping. Looks like rather than all the way from China they had it stocked in Chino, CA already. Can we thank tariffs for this one? Maybe so! 2) assembly: decent instructions. My recommendation, lay out all the pieces (labeled by letters). Be careful to ensure all brackets are installed facing direction of pic. I had to flip a few because it was a learning process. Easier if you assign your child as “parts manager” and have them help you with the included allen wrench. Very convenient. 3) app: they charge $35 for the light app, skip it and have your kid use the 2 switches (one for headboard lights and one for underneath bed). I presume velcro for lights may need reinforcing if they keep falling (tbd). 4) slats: if kids jump on the bed they look like they could break and then cause squeezing. My daughter loves her bed and said she slept amazing. Now how to get her out of bed?

The bed is beautiful. My son loves it. The LED lights for under the bed had only one side that worked so I reached out to customer service to get new ones sent and I still haven’t heard back from them. I will update you if they respond and send me new lights! Otherwise the bed is really nice and pretty easy to put together.

The media could not be loaded. So cute! Came 5 days early & assembled it with my brother in less than an hour, the assembly was very straightforward and easy to follow. Super sturdy & everything fit correctly, no missing parts. Would definitely recommend!!

The media could not be loaded. Received it a couple months ago but setting up up just now. The set up is pretty easy and instructions are well written. The only reason for the bad review is that the support is short. Have contacted the seller if they can send a replacement and awaiting their response. Edit: realized I did not update and dropping the rating to a 1 star. I did contact seller. I sent them either a video or picture (I can’t remember) but they wanted additional pictures to the one I had already provided. Not sure why other than guessing that they thought I was lying which obviously I was not because all I wanted were the parts not a refund AND I provided proof. So, I didn’t bother because I had completed it at midnight and threw my bed on top of it and wasn’t about to pick up the heavy bed just to retake pictures they wanted. Whenever I’m done procrastinating, I’ll probably have to buy my own wood to make up for the 2…3 ? Short ones. So just be aware that the seller definitely will make you jump through hoops if their has a defect of their own making.
