They’re exactly as described with the low-profile design, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow, making assembly simple. They look amazing, feel very sturdy, and like others mentioned, there’s no squeaking at all. The built-in lights are such a fun touch. We went with the twin XL. I was a little unsure at first since full sizes had been available before, but these turned out to be the perfect fit—giving them more space in their rooms now while still allowing plenty of room to grow over the years. The bedside tables were purchased from a different online store, and they pair perfectly with the beds. Go for it! This floating bed frame was easy to assemble and feels sturdier than I expected. The design really does give that “floating” look, and the LED lighting adds a nice touch without being too bright. Once everything was tightened properly, there was no wobbling or noise. The only thing to note is that the slats aren’t as heavy-duty as higher-end frames, so making sure they’re placed correctly matters.
