My daughter picked this bed out for her "grown-up" room. She LOVES it. the material is so soft and good quality. we were able to put the bed together in about an hour. when assembling one of the drawers, one of the side panels cracked while we were trying to screw it together and was unusable. we contacted their customer service and after sending a few pictures and giving them the part number they immediately sent a replacement. They were so helpful and considerate to work with. As of now we are just waiting for the replacement part to assemble the final drawer but the rest of the bed is still usable and my daughter is very happy with it! ... show more

It looks nice enough, but assembly was terrible. I wonder about it's stability too. Most of the places where screws were needed didn't have any pre-dilled holes, and the provided screws were barely long enough to hold it together. The wooden slats came warped, and some slats and drawer parts came with splits in the wood. The parts arrived in super damaged boxes, so I couldn't even re-package it all to return. ... show more

The order arrived prior to expected delivery date. Order shipped in 2 separate boxes. Contents were easy to assemble but it helped to have two people involved with the assembly, although not necessary. I am very pleased with the finished product!

Considering the shipping cost, I was incredibly happy to see this arrive a week before anticipated. It made that cost feel warranted. At the end of the day, the bed looks good and does what it needs to do well. It was the process of getting it that way that would be the biggest drawbacks. For the most part, assembly was easy enough, though it did leave something to be desired. There were missing screws. The slats were uneven, sometimes barely reaching across. This was compounded by the lack of predrilled holes on the frame, so when I went to screw in the slats, I had to fight with the frame to get them in. It took a lot of delicate effort to get the casters screwed onto the bottom of the drawers because, yet again, no predrilled holes. The base of the drawers were so flimsy that applying any additional pressure to get the screws through to attach the casters felt like the thing would snap in half. ... show more

Really nice looking bed, was prepared to love it. Took a while to put together. Unfortunately, within a month the front, middle of the upholstered frame buckled. Now it sags down in the middle and rolls you to the outside edge. Daughter weighs 70 pounds. I researched for months searching for quality and function. We held on to the bed for a couple months for a birthday surprise so the return window is closed. We will try to find a way to salvage it, at least until the wood frame tears through the upholstery where it buckled. Very disappointed. Have learned lesson buying this type of furniture on Amazon.
