With the shipping cost and 3 year warranty, I paid about $400 for this bed. I bought the full size with 2 drawers version. My teen has outgrown her twin daybed w/trundle but liked the daybed style. I've searched for a long time and finally settled on this bed because I liked the style, fabric, color, size and reviews. And at this price, if I hate it...I can replace it without feeling like I've lost too much $. The bed came faster than Amazon indicated, and was delivered in 2 boxes. I unboxed it myself and my teen took the pieces upstairs to her room. There are not a lot of pieces and it is simple to put together. I only needed another set of hands for 1 part...putting the back part of the daybed onto the sides. I was a bit worried when the screws holding the anchoring bed slats were way too long in the front. However, I later realized this was by design to keep the drawers from pushing all the way under the bed. Directions definitely could have been clearer. There were only a few steps listed and just pictures. But since I'm DIY savy, this wasn't a huge issue. It took probably 2 hours for me to put together by myself. My kid only needed to help with the one part and then put the bed slat caps on. She loves her new bed and it gives her plenty of space. She's about 4'11" and no where near the weight limit, so I expect the bed to remain sturdy and comfy. I will definitely update this review if need be. She is sleeping on a full size Zinus 10 inch cooling gel memory foam mattress also from Amazon. It pairs wells with this bed frame.

Plenty of room for any guest I have. Seems very sturdy and great customer support. I would suggest that the instructions could be a little bit more clear. After putting the slats in, I realized that 4 of them had been drilled for screws, so of course, I had to search for the the 4 that were already installed. The drawers are still not assembled because they didn't pre-drill for the screws. Have to do that myself. Overall, very happy with this product.

Shipped in 2 boxes, each a bit heavy, but manageable. Took about an hour for the bed and 45 minutes for the drawers. What I experienced: Like someone else said, one of the metal hangers in step 2 was a bit bent, but was fixed in 30 seconds with a pair of pliers. One of the nuts sucked up through the bottom of the medal rail in stop 3. Also in step 3, one of the plastic ends to the slats' tabs bent a little, it's a tight fit, I suggest having someone to pull out a rail a bit when putting in the 2nd side. For the drawers on pieces I/J a few of the little wood rectangles had separated a bit, but another 30 second fix with a hammer. One other reviewer said the caster holes weren't pre-drilled. They are on the rectangle extra wood, just not in the actual pieces I/J, but they're self starting screws, and mine didn't split even using a power drill on a low setting. Some mentioned the instructions aren't that great - it isn't top notch, but manageable. Figuring out which length of bolt could have been easier, but it's together and well loved. I paired this with ZINUS 10 Inch Green Tea Cooling Memory Foam Mattress - The 10" gives you just a little headboard/footboard above the mattress. My guess is a 12" mattress would put it at or above that. Overall, it's decent quality for the price, fairly easy to assemble, so now time will tell how it holds out. I have a concern with the wooden slats, although there is a center bar, there is a lot of space in between the sides, if you have a jumper, I can see needing to cut a plywood base versus the slats, but keeping my fingers crossed.

I was looking to downsize my bed to make more room in my studio apartment & refresh my decor and this was perfect. It did take me longer to assemble it because I was putting it together by myself also the instructions were a little confusing. Also one of the parts did come a little bent but I was able to straighten it out with a few taps of my hammer. The slat covers took some finagling to insert in because they were bending but if you align them up before pressing down it should be fine. Overall, it came together nicely and I loved the affordability of it as well

The day bed itself is great but I'm not fond of these fake drawers. They just roll on the floor they don't actually attach to the daybed itself and is an afterthought to charge more money for pretty much nothing which I didn't appreciate. Also for anyone who does want to buy this you should have two extra #7 gold screws that you use to screw in the sides of the drawers. Take those two extra screws and line it up to where you can screw it into the wood plank (K) that's supposed to hold the drawer up at the bottom. Per the instructions manual what I'm referring to is putting a screw through D and into K but you have to line it up to where this screw will go into K. I got one screw perfectly lined up to go into k but the other screw wound up going behind the K plank but it still worked out anyway so that the plank won't move. See attached photos. If you do that, the drawer won't fall apart. If the drawers were attached to the daybed and didn't just roll on the floor all willy-nilly I would have given this product five stars.
