I'm going to give this 5 stars as it is definitely better than several other portable panels I've had over the years (I've had a series of 14 watt, 28 watt, etc... that I have tried). The USB actually outputs more than 5 watts. Previous panels claimed to output 10-15 watts via USB but never would no matter the device I was trying to charge. This panel is a bit long with 6 different sections to unfold. And with no built in kickstands the obvious choice is to simply lay it out on the ground which means you will get less than advertised output unless you are deep in the tropics. It does fold up pretty thin and is no thicker than my previous smaller output panels which is nice. I tried it out on several devices and it seems to either quick charge or 'super quick charge' my phone or tablet, and I even used it to add a bit of juice to a smaller old Ecoflow Delta I have and the supplied cable with the XT60 connector works perfectly. When using the DC power output for the Ecoflow I easily got between 40-45 watts of output with the panel flat on the ground in Colorado in early April (so, kinda close to the equinox, should do even better in summer for camping or etc...). So, for a very easy to use panel that works as good as you can expect for these type of small panels in the real world, I'm pretty satisfied, especially for the sale price I got for a bit under ~1$ per advertised watt (usually flex panels are more like $2 or more per watt in my experience).

This is AMAZING and works wonderfully in the sun, so-so in a tree covered environment. This was able to charge my battery pack for my cpap in 2-3 hours in direct sun, laying flat on the ground. I use the little foam insert to keep the battery packs dry from the grass and dew, then I just put it back in the center of the panel to keep it from being damaged by a harsh fold in the hinge. It is not super awkward to carry, except trying not to crush it is hard when you are traveling. I highly recommend it, as I was able to charge many battery packs per day, but it does require you to swap them out every couple of hours. It is fairly waterproof, but is vulnerable to water/dust when you have the cap open over the charging ports.

This FlexSolar 60W portable solar panel is great for backup power, camping, or just having another charging option during an outage. I like that it folds up and does not take up a lot of room, but still gives you enough panel size to feel useful. It also has a good mix of output options, so it is not limited to only one type of device. I bought this more as an emergency/back-up item, and for that use it makes sense. It is not something I expect to replace a full power station setup, but it is a good portable option for phones, tablets, power banks, and small devices when you have sun available. - Folds up nicely for storage or transport. - Good option for camping, emergencies, or power outages. - Has several output options, which makes it more useful. - Works well for smaller devices and power banks. - Feels more practical than a tiny solar charger. - Still depends on sunlight, so placement and weather matter. Verdict: A useful portable solar panel that is worth having for backup power, camping, or emergency charging. It feels like a good balance between size, portability, and usefulness.

Will probably be what I need for backpacking trip I have coming up; but it's a 40w panel. I angled it a bunch of different ways and the most I could get was 39w input. - the weight is outstanding, but the size is such that you can't really hang all the panels off your pack without them dragging behind you.

If youre a grunt, this is a must. I set this out on a PLS in the field and it quick charged my battery bank. I charged a ton of battery banks with this thing and it performed well above what I expected. Ive used it setting on a PLS, on the roof of a FASV, And on the roof of a Paladin. Freaking sweet. Wouldn't be a good idea in actual combat but in the field its awesome. Great opportunity for the Maf to profiteer as NCOs get desperate

I came close to returning this item shortly after purchasing. No matter how I hung it or angled it at the sun I could not get more then 18 watts. Frustrated, I waited a few days and tried again and was able to get 30 watts (which met my original goal). Then for the heck of it I laid it flat on the ground in noon day sun and low and behold it went to 50 watts! Not sure why laying flat is so effective but I'm now more then happy. In addition, it folds down to a nice manageable laptop size. It can be a bit unwieldy if trying to hang or standup but now that I know it works best laying flat this will no longer be a concern.

While I was disappointed in the product and the panel I purchased to replace it has worked much more efficiently under the same conditions, the seller did reach out and offer a full refund so I commend them on their service. Giving 1 star because zero stars isn't an option. Frequently would not hold a stable charging connection with a bluetti power station with charge level dropping to zero in complete sunlight and then fluctuating back and forth from zero with no change in sun conditions. Then stopped working completely after 3 months of light use (once or twice a week).

I have too many solar panels. (Kidding). I went looking for a solar panel that would provide a USB-C PD port without the need for a power station. They're out there but they're price. So with the help of an AI search, I found the FlexSolar 60 watt panel. This is an amazingly small panel when folded, not much larger than a thick Android tablet. The panels are really sensitive, even recogizing light (though not producing anything) in my living room lights. Outside, with a setting sun, it was giving me 8 watts just laying on the ground, as shown on one of my power stations. This is going to be the traveling compantion for my Starlink Mini with an Anker power bank. I am very pleased and excited for the many future uses of this panel. I was cautious and added an Asurion extra warranty, just in case, but it seems durable, with great cables and a variety of plugs. If you're thinking, just stop thinking and buy it. Test it with whatever you might be camping or backpacking with, and then you'll be able to keep tablets, phones, powerbanks ready to go. Just bear in mind, very few solar panels reach optimum wattage; so if you hit 45-50 watts, it's cooking!
