I’ll start by saying I’ve never been a fan of earbuds that seal off the world. I’ve tried noise-canceling ones, and sure, they’re great for immersion, but terrible for staying aware—especially when I’m out running or keeping an ear out for my toddler. These open-ear ones? Best of both worlds. First thing I noticed: they’re light. Like, super light. They sit on my ears without pressing down or digging in, even during long runs. I’ve done 5 miles with them on, through wind and sweat and even light rain (yep, they survived), and I didn’t need to touch them once. No slipping. No bouncing. And I could still hear birds, passing cars, people around me—just enough to stay alert without ruining the experience. Sound quality is better than I expected for something that doesn’t go in your ear. Clear mids, decent highs, not a lot of bass—but that’s not why I got them. I listen to audiobooks and upbeat playlists while running, and these deliver. My husband even called me while I was mid-run, and I picked up with a tap. He said it sounded like I was sitting at home. That mic works. What totally blew my mind though? The battery life. I forget to charge things. Constantly. I’ve had these for nearly two weeks, used them almost every day, and I’m just now thinking about recharging the case. It tells you the percentage too, so you’re not playing battery roulette. Honestly, I’d buy these again just for the charging situation alone. Only downside? In noisy places like cafes or gyms, they can get drowned out a bit. Not a dealbreaker for me—I’m rarely in places that loud—but something to keep in mind. And if you're someone who lives for pounding bass, these might leave you wanting more. Just got them, hope they hold out. Pairing was a breeze. The charging case came fully charged, but the earbuds only had 10%. I have tiny ears and I cannot stand stuff in my ears so wanted to try these, as I still want the earbuds experience while I work. Turn them up loud and it's still like being at a concert oblivious to the world, but then the volume down and you can still clearly hear your surroundings. - exactly what I wanted,feels and sounds like earbuds without feeling like my ears are stopped up like an ear infection lol. Sound quality is really nice, WAY better than I anticipated for the price. Bass could use an improvement, as there is a rattle if you adjust to bass boosted in your phone settings. But still amazing quality without it, esp for the price range! I think I paid $30 with the available coupon at the time of purchase. Almost gave 4 stars because I'm a bass lover, but for the as is quality with the price I paid, I had to give the 5th star. They work exactly as expected and anticipated, but with a higher than expected audio quality! They were ALMOST too big for my ears, but because they are so flexible I can bend the piece behind my ears a little to fit a little more snugly. But even with glasses they don't fall off if I forcefully shake or nod my head lol. Only had them in for about 15 minutes but so far they don't seem to be too heavy, and they're not getting my ears at all! ... show more

These are the best over-the-ear earbuds I own. I have a pair of very high-end brand name open-ear earbuds, and they are tough to use. That pair is not intuitive to put in your ear, and I assciaton had to watch videos on which side to put up against your ear. Besides that, they do not feel sturdy in the ear. Like they are hanging by a thread. On top of that, the sound is too quiet and you lose a lot of the sound quality. These buds are fantastic. They sound amazing. They fit intuitively on the ear, and they feel sturdy, like they will not fall out. On top of that, there are no earbuds to cram in your rear canal. They will be excellent for wearing at the gym. Very comfortable! The case seems like it will be very nice as well. My old pair of gym earbuds had a case that feels like a greased eel. I have dropped it twice so far, and the case is damaged. The design on this is much better and hopefully I will not drop them. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Very good sound quality and situational awareness
The sound quality is really good and they are great if used for the right activities. However if used for any vigorous activities not so great, because there is no "grip" to them, meaning they slip out easily if you are sweaty or have oily skin. If they used a more tacky material with more friction, that provided more grip they would be even better for more vigorous activities. They are good for use while doing household chores, studying, working in the office, and shopping. Since they are open earbuds and allow you to hear the sounds from your surroundings they are good for situational awareness. They don't have noise cancellation abilities, that would go against their nature, being open earbuds and all. ... show more

I recently lost my ear buds in a tea drinking accident. It's a full length story... So, I needed to replace them and I wanted to try the "open ear" type. I took the time to research and found that Bose seemed to be the best but at a hefty price. Others were reported to be good too but still pricey in the plus $150 range. Then, I came across these. Its rare to see a product with a combined 4+5 star review of over 90% (93% for this product) so I figured at this low price, why not. Now I can add my review. 5-Star. Comfy, easy connect, great sound, pause-volume-om/off tap options that work well. The case is somewhat large but it has the power display and they can last a long time and charge back up in the case. I'm going to buy another back-up pair. Who knows how long they will be available. ... show more
