We got a 25' version of this hose and it was too short for reaching the corners of our pool deck, so we exchanged the 25' for this 50' one. Sadly the 50' had several spots on it where the outer layer did not totally adhere to the lower layers of the hose, but the 25 footer did not have this defect. So since we are seeking a beige hose to match the wall where we are going to hang this hose, we will re-order another 50 footer because for some reason Amazon Prime return section would not allow us to simply do an exchange of 50 footer for another 50 footer, so we have to return the defective one and start over. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm and we get a non-defective 50 footer ... show more

So far does not leak and works well. The only thing is that the end where you attach to the outside faucet does not stay put, I'm talking about the gripper handle falls down the hose, but other than that it is working fine.

This hose was returned due to the fact that it was not flexible at all and very difficult to maneuver. Made from a very tough rubber it had no give and had to be exchanged for something more manageable, especially since I use it every day to water my garden

First, the hose that arrived at my home was a good looking buff/beige color -- not the green in th description picture. And I am pleased about that. This hose is easy to see amoung the greenery of my lawn and garden. Second, I am very pleased that this hose is light weight and easy to move around. I don't really water my front lawn area that much, so a super heavy duty hose did not make sense to me. Third, ths is a USA made hose. Fourth, it has a guard grip on the end you attach to the spigot that makes attaching it very easy and keeps it from kinking in this area. I could go on and on about this hose, but, you need to know that compared to the last hose that I purchase at Amazon -- which was a super heavy duty no kink one that is difficult for me to manuever (but that I love anyhow) -- this hose is more in-line with the kind that I need for my garden application. That it is easy to use given its length is really important to me. As someone who is 5'2" tall and does not have alot of upper body strength, I was looking for a hose that was light weight, but not light duty. This hose fits the bill. ... show more

I bought two of these hoses 10 months ago. I like the color and it blends in with the house. The one that is hung in shade and used occasionally is fine. The one that is on my dock, sees frequent use and is in the sun performed poorly and kinks easily. After six months the end connector blew off and i replaced it with a clamp on brass replacement. Finally after 10 months of use the hose exploded under pressure and had a huge hole 6 feet from the end. I use the hose with a spray end accessory but always decompress it after use. I opted not to warranty it since I need a more durable hose. I would not recommend for use in hot and sun exposed areas, I live in Florida. ... show more
