I broke my arm and several ribs in an accident. I bought this recliner to help rest and getting in / out without assistance. I was able to assemble it with one arm - no tools were needed. I weigh 200 and am 5'10. The recliner is sturdy and comfortable. All motor / massage functions work as expected. The motor is slow but very quiet. It has no problem reclining and standing me up via motor. The heat is light and enjoyable. The massage is more accurately described as vibration in my opinion. You can feel each of the 8 vibration cells when using the functionality but dont feel any uncomfortable impressions when not in use. Overall I consider it great value for the price. It came in two boxes, both reasonably packed and fairly light considering its a recliner. If you are larger than 5'10" or more than 250, you may find better comfort in a larger chair.

Okay this will be my review. So I'm doing this with voice to type because I only have one arm. It doesn't work very well if I try to type. I do have an arm but it doesn't. It doesn't work very well at all. Anyway, I assembled the chair by myself unpackaged it myself. It was very simple to do. It was hard for me. Yes I'll admit if I had two hands it would be a breeze but I did get it put together. Got everything all hooked up. It is very comfortable. It works like a charm. One person said that the chair seemed to be slow. Well it is for a person who may be old or possibly handicapped or disabled so I think the chair is just perfect. All the adjustments are just great. All the vibrations, the heat. Everything is perfect. It's very comfortable. I can sleep in this chair if I want to and I don't feel like going straight to bed it's very comfortable. It matches my couches. It is perfect. It is very comfortable. Everything works perfect. It seems to be durable. I have the I believe it is the corduroy type one. It is. It's great! The price was unbelievable. Some chairs people want 800 $400. This was a very good price. I wasn't know what I was going to get. I took a gamble because I don't have much money with my social security disability. So I saved for this chair and I am very happy with this chair. You can't go wrong as far as I'm concerned. I am very happy and please so to the manufacturer. Thank you! It has made my life easier for setting down and being comfortable and properly propping up. My leg which sometimes swells very bad. We purchased this chair for our elderly mother, it was easy to put together, looks good and she loved it. My only complaint would be that there are no instructions for the remotes, (there are two) and the labeling on the remote for the heat and massage is light blue on a light blue background making them almost impossible to read, especially for an elderly person.

Works very well for my father who has issues getting in and out of chairs because of medical condition. We don't use the heat or vibrating (I left unattached) so can't comment on those. My father is severely mobility limited and depends on a walker. He is about 200 lbs. and currently around 5'9" (6' when younger). He loves the chair and comments on how comfortable it is. This is his primary chair that he sits on for hours per day. He uses both the reclining position to elevate his legs and the lift portion to help him stand up. Assembly is relatively easy if you are used to assembling furniture. However, the main part (middle chair with motor and frame) is pretty heavy. You will likely either need help to move it or need someone with a strong back. The chair was delivered in two different boxes, one very heavy. One box has the main unit (middle section with rails, motor, middle chair section). The other box has the backrest, upper, and lower sides. We have only used it for one week, but hope it lasts a long time.

THE 2/2 BOX came first. Semed sturdy, easy to move out of the way when needed. The 1/1 box arrived 3 weeks later. The chair is great. The control for heat and massage are printed way too small. Connecting the power to the chords was a thinker! The diagram for that part is way too small to be able to make sense of, so that took a bit longer than it had to. (Even with readers plus a magnifier) Suggestion when putting arms on: you will need to put the chair against a wall so you can push against it to get arms on. The rails are good and the fabric fluffy so it gets in the way. But as soon as I got the chair up against the wall I could push the side in as far as I needed to get the rails to join, good and snug tho! My 87 year old Dad is always cold and he says the heat helps, which was a big reason I chose this chair! Thanks for a really nice and helpful product!

The media could not be loaded. Let me start out by saying it was easy to put together it was lightweight and the concept was great, and the chair sat great. However did it function for what I needed it for?, no. It did not lift, it did not recline twas making a grinding noise and a clicking noise and ultimately just not moving at all. It arrives in two boxes one box was damaged so I wonder if it was a shipping error. But the reason I got this chair over other chairs was its ability to lift and recline to which it did not perform. I've only had this chair a week or so because I'm in the process of exchanging or returning it I need a new box because the one that came in is destroyed and the other has already been disposed of. I do not want to have to pay to return ship this item because I had to pay to have it shipped the shipping cost was not cheap. If the seller decides to contact me and resolve this matter I will change my opinion however this is where I stand don't buy it seems like a hassle and for someone like me who has a disability it was enough work to just get it in the house and put it together now I've got to figure out how to get it sent back and I'm still without a chair.

Way, way better than I expected. The chair works great and looks really nice. And most importantly it is really comfortable. It’s easy to move once assembled because it’s not too heavy. Really happy with it.
