Features

  • NOTE: The 71-inch axle length exceeds the dimensions of the 4'x4' deck. Please ensure the supporting beam has adequate length. The rack is compatible with 12'', 16'', or 24'' ceiling joist spacing (note: not compatible with 18-inch joist spacing). The wire deck reaches its highest point at approximately 10 inches below the ceiling.
  • LIFTING DESIGN: With the included hand crank or power drill (not included), you can easily raise and lower the garage storage rack, eliminating the need for a ladder.
  • STRONG AND SAFE: The double rope design offers extra safety compared to a single rope. The pressure-rivet design ensures a secure connection, preventing any risk of the shelf falling. Additionally, a specially designed safety lock keeps it firmly in place when not in use.
  • HIGH QUALITY: Constructed with heavy-duty steel and premium hardware, this product is rigorously tested to handle a total of 600 lbs, ensuring unmatched safety and durability. Safely loads up to 300 lbs.
  • 4X4 FT SPACE: Make the most of your garage's 4x4 ft space with the lifting storage rack. It offers a perfect solution to store seasonal and unused items.
  • We provide an installation template as well as paper and video instructions to assist you with a quick setup. If you have any questions, our professional customer service team is available to assist you 24/7.

  • Not an easy install. But worth it when it's done.
The install of this is tedious at best. Installing anything to the ceiling is hard enough let alone when it has to be done to an exact measurement for the best results. Once done though it is a great product that is worth it. On top of that the support from the seller is excellent. I had an issue and they promptly fixed it, actually they went above and beyond to fix it. I want to give it 5 stars but because the install sucks I don't think I can. But this has nothing to do with the product. ... show more

  • Great product, perfect description
I will be honest this product is difficult to install. You need two people to do it correctly, but outstanding quality and product. It supports a great deal of weight. It’s very stable and if you install it correctly, it will last.

  • Very efficient
Great product! Easy to install, and I'm impressed by the heavy-duty construction of the shelves. Very efficient product that is perfect value for its size. The storage shelves are more durable than I expected and definitely help to make more room for storing things in a cluttered garage and free up floor space. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Installation took some work but works great with drill
Good value for the money, installation for me was a little harder. I reduced the width so it would fit in a 36” recess. Cranking up and down manually is a chore, I would recommend using a drill

  • Buyer Beware!
Buyer beware! We purchased this rack in mid 2024 and it stores some Holiday decorations ...ie we've lowered/raised it about 5 times and it works like it is supposed - works well. This year, the handle/rod that raises and lowers the rack broke (snapped at a weak point where there is a drilled screw hole?). We wrote customer service asking about a replacement "rod", sent picture (see attached), and got the following response: "The handle and connecting rod are broken. Replacing the entire rod would cost approximately $210 in shipping." Funny, we can buy an entire new rack for 179. so no, can't recommend this product .... ... show more

  • It does work, kind of.
I bought this product to hang from the ceiling joists of my garage. I use it to store a large Curt hitch carrier and a large Yakima four bike carrier. Pros. It does work. Cons. It is virtually impossible to get it level. The hanging template for installation is hard to use, its main drawback being that it is too flimsy. I can see how the template would work better for a dry-walled ceiling where you can tape it more securely. It does not work well for an open joist ceiling. You will end up stapling or screwing it in place and it won't quit be right--a little sag. The instructions say that your joists must be 48 inches on center. Mine are but the platform is not level. I would say it has close to a three to four inch list side to side. It seems that the main problem with leveling is how the cords actually wrap around the axle and that on an open joist ceiling it is hard to get the template perfect. I would work better is there were guides for the cords when they wrap around the axle and the template was able to be securely fastened and less flimsy. The other problem is the mesh platform. It could be heavier duty, but works. I put OSB on mine to firm it up a bit. Like I said, it works, kind of. Would I recommend it. Yes, but with caveats. For what I use mine for, the price was right and I have a convenient place to store two very bulky items, and for that I can ignore the annoyances. An added note: you will want a drill to move it up and down. Hand cranking it takes a while. ... show more
