Our first hose burst after a few months and they simply asked for the Amazon order number and sent a replacement. The replacement hose also burst after a few months and I called in to the 800 number. I asked if this hose would need to be sent back, and she said no. They sent an e-mail stating reply with the shipping address and the Amazon order number, and they would send the replacement. This same day happened to be trash day, so since I did not have to send the defective hose back, I put it in the recycle bin, and it got hauled away. Later that day, another e-mail came in stating we needed to send in the old hose. I replied that it was gone, but as a fall-back I cut off both ends of the hose to save, which is what a cheaper flexible hose we purchased prior to the Flexi Hose asked us to do when it burst. I stated I would send the hose ends to them as that was all that we still had. Very long story short, the back and forth email string now stands at 11 reply's, and they are still asking for the old hose. WOW, guess they did not read the 4 times we stated that the hose was gone! We asked why they did not originally ask for the hose back and their reply was that their "guarantee" was subject to change! Yeah, it changed in the course of a few hours. Obviously they do not want to guarantee the hose for a "lifetime", just for a one-time replacement. Reasonable price if it was actually a lifetime guarantee, but way too expensive for a hose and one replacement that will only last you about 6 months. Look elsewhere and save your money!

Seen it in shops and been hesitant on how good it really is. My old hose used in the front garden is very heavy and a pain to wind up after before and after using and destroys my plants as you pull it and now it takes up every little space and works the same as regular hose amazed how it shrinks and takes up so little room and performs the same way. And no need to wind or unwind it on the hose cart..So glad I got it now only had it a week and no leaks...phew.

I was tired of fighting with our old, heavy 50 ft. rubber hose and found I just avoided using it. So far, this one seems to be perfect for my needs: easy to move around, lightweight and easy to store. If it develops any problems, I will come back on and revise my review, but so far, so good.

When our daughter recently passed away we wanted to maintain the appearance of her grave. It was almost 50 feet away from a faucet and the turf laid over the grave was not doing well. We solved the problem with this hose. It is compact and light weight. It is easy to keep in a grocery bag in the car. The length is perfect for our need. It drains easily, and completely, keeping water out of the car. We use it frequently to soak the turf and fill the flower container. Best hose ever!

I have serious back problems that make it difficult for me to use a traditional water hose. I bought this hose and started using it right away. Mine came with a free spray head. The hose has a water on/off switch at the end. The spray head/nozzle has different settings that are perfect for different jobs. The water through the nozzle/spray head only comes out when you want it to. This was exactly what I needed for the back yard and also hot tub maintenance. An update to my review: I bought a couple of these in different lengths. The hoses are so lightweight that I can drag them around to do whatever I need. So can my 4 and 2 year old grandchildren. They love helping me and the adjustable spray head means they don't kill my plants. I did manage to puncture one, but I was dragging it through the cactus garden, which will also puncture a heavy truck tire I still recommend this and am going to but more. The punctured one still works great for the hot tub.

This hose is perfect for what I needed! Love it’s expaknaio capabilities! All of the functions work great, AND I recently discovered that one of the settings does pretty much the job of a pressure washer! I was amazed! Discovered it by mistake but was the coolest thing ever, because I was getting ready to either purchase one, or rent it to clean out the patio! This hose took care of that like a champ! Let me be clear, it wasn’t super old mold that had been there for years, but the whole area was covered in the slippery stuff.. and not anymore! I am extremely pleased with it!
