These collapsible hoses are what they are. Convenient, light weight and space saving. They are delicate but used properly, they will last a few years. You have to decide if they are worth the cost. I purchased this product in 2023. Tried to use it carefully, drained the hose and relieved pressure when not in use and stowed it indoors during the winter months. In June of 2025, the hose sprung a leak. The inner hose split about 3 inches from the spigot end of the hose, likely due to material fatigue. I inquired about warranty replacement. The rep on the site asked for my original invoice/order number and promptly refunded the purchase price. I did not hesitate to buy another to replace the one that failed. I recommend this product.

I would suggest you look for another brand because I just opened the package, and it did look repackaged but I gave it a chance and of course, it was a return that was repackaged and sold as “New”. And guess what, water was still in the hose and it stunk!! This is bad business practice. Can’t return this fast enough!
