Good points: I have owned a number of hoses of this type. I especially like the fact this type of hoses store easily and best yet do not kink. This particular hose is one of the best quality hoses I have seen of this type. The outer hose material appears to be quality made and durable. The solid brass fittings are quite stout and should hold up very well to use and the elements. The hose comes with a spray nozzle, extra washers, a holder to hang the hose and a durable bag to store it in the winter. As to each, the various stations on the spray nozzle are easy to read, which my old eyes appreciate. It is comfortable in the hand. The nozzle is made of plastic, so that is a step down from the stout brass fitting on the hose. The extra washers are a nice touch. The holder is a bit flimsy and undersized for the length of the hose I obtained, a whopping 150 feet! The storage bag is handy, and the hose actually fits back into it, because my property is in snow county which is very hard on hoses left outside. I have a rural property and good luck finding, or being able to handle, a rubber hose at that length! The cost alone would draw an "ouch!" at time of purchase. This flex hose costs a small fraction of what a similar length rubber hose would cost. Dealing with kinks in that length of rubber hose. and trying to muscle it around while full of water, or when it is cold outside, would lead me to drink more bourbon. (So maybe this flex hose was a bad idea!) Bad points: None. All in all an excellent product.

So far the hose has been working out fine for my elderly mother. I bought the 25' because that was all she needed. It's light weight and easily retracts once you release most of the water. The sprayer doesn't leak. It has multiple settings. The Jet and Mist spray are wonky but she doesn't use those much. Can't speak much about durability yet.

It’s very easy to use this lightweight hose. Make sure to empty the hose of water, once you turn it off or animals could bite the hose for a drink.
