The value is excellent. Plenty of power for the most stubborn wheel lugs. Charges quickly and the charge last a long time. 3 speed selections and an Auto button where the guns senses how much power is need to remove or install fasteners. Head of gun and handle has a flex to it, which is meant to absorb the shock and reduce operator fatigue. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Flex is a relatively new tool brand, though their parent company is well known. Gave this impact a try when doing my timing belt job on my Acura, very satisfied. Zipped the crank bolt right off. 1000 ft lbs impact for what you’re paying here, is a great deal. Has plenty of torque, and a special feature as well. I have a hand injury, so I do appreciate that the head has some shock absorption built in. The tool is quite heavy and also quite large. Common for these, so no big deal. Easy to use and have had no issues charging. I definitely recommend this for your big jobs, though as I said it is quite big so it will not fit everywhere. I bought it on sale for 199$ for lugs and suspension work. This thing truly is a beast like most people say but they are underselling how heavy it is. This thing is super heavy, it is supposed to be a little over 9LB with the 5ah battery. You're gonna be in a world of pain if plan on using this for extended periods or have to hold it up over your head an fasten bolt, being upside down or anything stressful is going to make it worse. I like the purchase but if I could go back and try again I would look for a Mid torque rated over 500lb. Much easier to get into smaller spaced and you'll still get pretty good power.
