The media could not be loaded. Flex is a relatively new tool brand, though their parent company is well known. Gave this impact a try when doing my timing belt job on my Acura, very satisfied. Zipped the crank bolt right off. 1000 ft lbs impact for what you’re paying here, is a great deal. Has plenty of torque, and a special feature as well. I have a hand injury, so I do appreciate that the head has some shock absorption built in. The tool is quite heavy and also quite large. Common for these, so no big deal. Easy to use and have had no issues charging. I definitely recommend this for your big jobs, though as I said it is quite big so it will not fit everywhere. This is your big daddy impact, you still need some smaller ones. ... show more

For the price it's actually pretty good. The torque is amazing and exactly what I need it for. The weight of it is heavier than your standard impact so keep that in mind. The battery last quite awhile and it charges super fast. THE HEAD OF THE IMPACT IS SUPPOSED TO ROCK BACK AND FORTH!!. I see a lot of reviews about the head of this impact rocking back and forth but it is made that way, it's the "anti kickback" feature it has. Just used it a few times so far, but battery still has all 4 bars (charged it once i got it). Tool feels like it has plenty of torque and the battery indicator is a super bright green that's easy to see even in the brightest daylight. Only drawback would be if you aren't used to really heavy impacts this one is up there with Milwaukee but all high torque impacts that are decent will be heavy. ... show more
