LOVE IT! Con! It takes alllll daaayyyy to put together! Even with two people, Haha, It came fast in 2big boxes. Only one rod had a little nick on it but nothing to complain about. Other then that totally worth it! * It’s a Sturdy bed and sturdy steps! I (Mom) weigh 166lbs, 5’2 and was able to get up and down without worrying I was going to break it. Lots of Hardware but it makes it stable so you don’t have to put it attached to your wall if you don’t want to. Definitely a great bed for the price!. It takes two people to put together, this is a beautiful bed, sturdy and spacious. I love the stairs as my 4 year can easily go up and down. Also the drawer has plenty of space for storage. I highly recommend, just beware that assembly does take 6hrs so be patient and work with the manual carefully you will love the results. ... show more

    • Heavy Packages but Nice Bunk Bed

Better than I expected. It did come in two packages on the same day. Heavy packages two person carry. Once all the items were unwrapped and layed out. The assembly part was actually quit easy. Just follow the instructions point A to point B. Two person assemble for sure. It came with two hand books so that should tell you something. We had it done in about 8 hrs with taking breaks. We didn't use the wall mounts so a little wobble on top but not bad. Its a bunk bed after all. I love the stairs and storage. The storage under the bed wasn't what I expected for some reason I thought I attached to the bed but it fits perfectly underneath. There are extra bolts so dont worry its backup incase a bolt is messed up. The bolt packaging was unique but labeled and the parts were labeled too. Best part the tools you need come too. All in all Im happy with this purchase. P.s Don't tighten the bolts all the way until the bed is set up. Go back through and tighten. ... show more

I would rate this 5/5 if not for a couple minor issues. First, it was annoying and confusing that this was delivered in two different deliveries. Only one tracking # was provided and it took some digging to figure out that there were to separate deliveries in place. Bothe packages arrived within the estimated delivery window, so just annoying and confusing. Second, one of the embedded threaded nuts in one of the lower bed rails was buggered up and started stripping the threads of the screw. Fortunately, I had the correct sized Tap and Die set to chase the threads and resolved this quickly. It might have completely stopped assembly if I did not have the tap kit. Other than those two things, the assembly was easy enough, the instructions were clear enough, the packaging was good and the parts are clearly labeled and easy to organize. This is definitely a two person job! None of the individual parts or assemblies are too heavy for one to handle but it takes two to stabilize and align the larger assembly process. Pay close attention to the part numbers in the assembly instructions. Some parts look identical but are not. Over all, the finished product is strong, stable and looks good. I would say this a good value at this price point. It would be nice if the storage drawers were a bit more substantial. (they are the cloth covered card board type shelf boxes).     • Missing parts! Unable to complete setup!

We have put the bunk beds together and we are missing several parts. 1. The screws for the small and large handles for both the large and small side drawers are flat, not pointed, and cannot be threaded into the hole to put on the handles (six on the size and two in the bottom front). Request correct screws. 2. No bottom grates (#52 x2) for large drawers under the bed and no back grate for the drawers either. 3. Missing one plastic handle for large drawer under the bed. Please send We sent a request for these pieces so we can finish assembling the bed or asked for a refund as we were unable to complete the items as described or issue a refund for the defective item. Will modify rating based on feedback from the seller and their ability to resolve the issues. As of now, we are very disappointed in this product. ... show more

I spent two hours putting this bed together, only to realize at the end that it didn't come with a headboard. Taking it apart would have been another huge waste of time, so that was very disappointing. Aside from that, the bed itself is decent and seems sturdy.

I think this is the best bunk bed ive seen. I have never seen one with steps on it before instead of a ladder. I was a little worried about getting my son a bunk bed cause I was afraid he would get hurt trying to use the ladder at night getting in and out of bed and get hurt. When I found one with steps made me feel alot better. The steps are bit slick if you have socks on so I would find some kind of adhesive material to stick on the steps to make them less slick. Its pretty durable for kids but I wouldn't suggest a teenager or older use this bed. I felt like I was going to fall through when putting my son's sheets on the bed. I wasnt missing any parts putting it together. I actually had some extra pieces for some things. The size was pretty good for a smaller room and the height was pretty good. ... show more

My husband wound up breaking one of the wooden stair panels. I contacted the owner and they responded the same day! They were so nice. I told them it was our fault and we were willing to pay for the extra piece, but they said there was no need and they would ship it out asap.
