Finally, after 4 different companies and a variety of prices ... who would have thought that this seller's product with under 75 reviews and a fantastic price that this one would be the clear winner ... I'm impressed. This jacket is the real deal ... you can smell the authenticity of the leather the second that you open the bag. No, it's not cow hide but it states very clearly that it is beautifully tanned and dyed natural pig hide. Also, it is true to size. Look at their size chart and the 2 ways they tell you to determine your appropriate size ... it is extremely accurate. I'm 6 ft and weigh 198 and have a 44 chest and 36 waist and the LARGE is a perfect fit. A few more details ... this is not a "pretty" shiny leather type of jacket ... it's more of a cross between a nice leather jacket crossed with a natural suede jacket ... more like a natural cowboy boot leather look. It's definitely on the masculine looking side but the black looks nice enough for jeans or even slacks. The collar is NOT a traditional shirt/jacket style collar ... it's made to go up but could be slightly bent downward if you want. This is new to me ... but it looks great and seems to work with the overall style of the jacket. Also, the sleeves at the wrist are not 100% ribbed. It is half cloth ribbed then there is a hemmed slit with a button. I have thin wrists and I thought that it fit ok in the wrists but IF you want, the button could be moved over to make it a little tighter. The lining is an attractive lightweight plaid flannel and even has zippered inside pockets. It's probably NOT a jacket for very cold weather but should be warm enough even with temps in mid 20's to 30's °F. Lastly, the zipper is a nice heavy duty zipper and should last. Truthfully, I'm an extremely detailed person and very, very picky ... for the price ... this is a very nice looking quality natural leather jacket. Just buy it ... you'll not have any regrets!

The jacket arrived folded in half in a large box. It unfolded with only a few wrinkles. It had a pleasant mild leather fragrance which is one of the reasons I purchase leather jackets. The material and construction have a quality appearance and feel. The jacket has a nice weight balance, neither heavy nor light. It isn't insulated but has a nice lining in the body and arms. This a loose fitting jacket, not form fitting. I am 5ft 8in, 150 pounds. The medium fits me good, arm and body length OK with room for a hoody if desired. This is a casual use jacket, and I hope it is as durable and it appears.

6 ft 195 lbs fits good. I have a long torso so an inch or 2 longer would be preferred, no tall options available. Sleeves perfect length, and roomy shoulders. fits well even with a cardigan sweater underneath. It has a good weight to it. Nice leather smell, and well packaged. Great price due to black Friday.
