Worked ok for a month. Then the only way to get it started heating was to squeeze the daylight out of the handle until it made contact with the button at the bottom. Unusable

Great streghtener but I just make sure you know that it only heats up to 250.

This works well, I love the teal blue color and the gold features, it’s nice that it locks in place, heats up quickly and you can easily set the temp and see it rise up in numbers until it’s there. I used it on a hotter level around 180 bc my hair is thick and usually a little wavy, I got all my hair done quickly without pulling, smooth and straight!
