Okay, overall quality is solid. I like the bed frame. Heavy boxes so be prepared for that. I'm being generous with the 4 stars only because overall I am happy. Now with my one complaint, I consider myself a fairly handy and mechanically inclined man. When I tell you the assembly is a nightmare. It's a nightmare. The instructions are absolutely horrendous, labels don't match and the pictures are garbage. 0 description of what each step is. Whatever the description says it takes is a lie. So, after looking at too many of these kinds of beds I just threw up my hands in surrender and picked a cheap one that looked nice and had pretty good reviews! I was really grateful I did that. This bed is so nice. I only paid 244 for it and really I would have been happy with it had I paid 500. I got a king. It was packaged nicely. Easy instructions. I would recommend carefully looking thru them before you do it and getting things in order and then go for it. I can't imagine that it won't hold up b/c it's so sturdy. They give you plastic holders for each board that goes under your mattress so I don't think they can shift at all. That was a big worry for me when I read that was a problem on some of the different/similar beds. I think they solved that problem by making sure each board can't move. It's just very nice and sturdy. If that changes I will come back and make note of it, but right now I'm ecstatic with what I got for the price I paid. It looks great, feels great, super sturdy, no broken parts. I'm thrilled with it. Highly recommend it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Edit: almost a year later and I’m still satisfied. No problems at all. I’m a 6’1 plus size female and I literally have had no problems. I’ll be moving soon so we’ll see if it holds up after I take it apart and put it back together. I was super surprised with the quality of the bed because after reading the reviews I thought it would have went horribly but not at all. I received the bed in two boxes. All the parts were there, some parts are stored in the back of the head board and throughout the pieces themself. The directions are simple. I was able to put it together by myself (took about 3/4 hours or so) but i was in no rush. All the tools you need are included however if you have a mini drill with the right attachments it will speed up the process. I’m satisfied! ... show more

This bed has great quality considering its inexpensive price. It is sturdy and most of all beautiful. I put together with husband but you can do alone with no issues. This is your typical bed in the headboard deal lol but I have had other cheaper feeling items and this pieces is not one of them. Amazon did not indicate that box will arrive in two different shipments . One box arrived which I assumed was the whole bed frame...it wasnt and I had to contact amazon to track down the second box, receive a new tracking and wait again. Both boxes arrived undamaged. Bed frame itself is fairly easy to put together, non of the parts were missing. Seems like a sturdy bed frame, color is a little more sand and warmer, rather than a cool toned beige. It works for my daughters room who has slept on it for 3 weeks with no complaints. A decent frame for the price point. ... show more
