Gorgeous chair! Exactly as described, came without damages. Looks beautiful in my home office. Was fairly simple to put together. I searched online for office chairs for many many hours before deciding on this one and I am not disappointed. Arms are a great height,it leans back and spins 360*. I moves up and down with ease. My husband who is 6'1" 230lb uses it also and finds it very comfortable. The material is soft and supple. The white is a great modern look with the shiny chrome base. It has been bumping into our wooden desk since we have had it and I keep thinking that I will find some scuff marks but so far it seems very durable and is holding up well. We've had it now for about 3 weeks. I will update this review in about 6 months if anything has changed. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy this again. *****EDIT**** We've had this chair now for 6 years and it is just now starting to peel on the seat where out legs rub the edge. Other than that it's a great chair. My husband tela-worked through most of covid and still does a couple times a week. This has definitely been one of our best Amazon purchases ever. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother as a gaming chair and I must say, when I tried sitting in it, it was perfectly comfortable. It was firm but had soft padding that made you feel very supported. It's definitely not made for people who are wide as it's a narrower chair, but it's definitely comfortable.     • Holes didn't line up- but made it work

This chair looks nice and is very comfortable. I really wish it came with a gold finish instead of chrome, but for the price you can't get everything you want. It came packed well and delivery was quick and easy. I put this together in about 45 minutes. I used a ratchet screwdriver instead of the Allen wrench provided. Many people said that the castors were hard to pop in, but they popped right in for me. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons- first, the holes on the right side of the chair did not line up well. I would have had this chair put together much faster if it wasn't for this. After some trial and error, I had to complete the left side first (back and arm) in order to be able to pull the pieces together tight enough to make the holes line up on the right side. Even then it was a struggle. The other reason is that it can with a slight tear on the very back of the seat piece. It was covered once the back was put on, but it does raise concerns about the longevity of the chair. This is for a home office with limited usage, but I think if my dogs jump on it, it may tear. I will update this review if there are any issues. Overall, not a bad piece. Slightly overpriced for the issues. This was my first time putting a chair together. ** update** Although the size of this chair is great for me at 5' tall, my husband (6') mentioned it being a little small for him. The seat is narrow and short. Not something I noticed, but he wouldn't be comfortable all day in it. He also noticed lots of ways to adjust the chair- I didn't realize you could adjust the lumbar support! ... show more

I love this chair, it is the 4th one that I have purchased, anbd they ast about 10 years, not joking! Pay attention to step #5 when putting the chair together. I was wrestling with it, and then I read the directions again, and they finally sunk in. REALLY pay attention to that part! If you have a second person to help, it would make it easier! I am really happy with my chair. I love the rose gold and black. My job requires that i spend a considerable time sitting. This chair is comfortable and supportive with sufficient padding that my butt doesn't hurt at the end of the day. I don't have room to sit cross-legged, but that turned out not to be a deal breaker for me. I was able to assemble the chair by myself in about 30 minutes, even when I had to take it apart because I'd done something wrong. Update Jan 2021: It's still going strong quality-wise. The chair is a little bit uncomfortable and I find myself avoiding to use it. If you plan on using for long periods of time, I would suggest investing in something else or use a chair pillow. I would not repurchase just because it is more aesthetic than comfortable. Arrived via Fedex. The parts were bubbled wrapped and secured inside. The instructions are easy to follow and everything is provided. You need to figure out how to maneuver the assembly because is a little tricky. But I was able to do it. The chair is comfortable, chic and adds a different look to the room. I would suggest to buy this if you'll be in an A/C room. If not, the material will wear off quickly and get dirty because of the sweat. Still haven't tried it for long periods of study but will update this later on. So far, so good. ... show more

I had to reorder the first chair because one of the holes in the base seat was stripped (meaning the screw had nothing to attach to). I assembled the replacement chair only to find that one of the screws was blocked from being fully inserted to connect the back to the base seat. Oh my! It's likely because I could not fully insert the screw (again, not drilled out properly), it will wear out quickly as it is not secure. Also on the replacement chair, the faux leather on one arm has some wearing (dirt marks / stains that will not wipe off the white faux-leather), as does the base. Weird? ... show more

    • Great chair but doesn’t hold height

I’ve had this chair for several months now, almost a year. I work from home a few days a week and have a lot of personal projects so I spend quite a it of time in this chair weekly. My biggest issue with it is that it does not hold its height. Every day I have to readjust the height back up because when I sit, it will drop a few inches on the hydraulic. I’m not a heavy woman, I’m 5’3 130 lbs. I don’t drop myself in the chair like a sack of dead weight. This might not seem like a big issue but it’s rather annoying to me to have to readjust my chair height a few times a day. I’ve sat in office chairs for years at desk jobs and this has never been a thing, unless someone else sat in the chair and adjusted the height but that is not the case here. Aside from this, the chair has held up very well. It doesn’t show any signs of wearing on the leather and I’ve had it almost a year. It’s very comfortable and looks exactly as it was shown in the product photos, including the color. It was easy to assemble. I wouldn’t recommend this to a friend only because I find the height adjustment problem very annoying but if that doesn’t bother you, then you’re fine. ... show more
