Looks great. No, it looks amazing. It is an ultra-pure white that really stands out. Picture is very accurate. If you want the couch mostly for looks or you want a nice firm sitting area, then it is very comfortable. If you want to sink down into the couch when you sit, then don't buy this piece. I got this for my office at work (I am a professor) and I wanted to make sure the students that sat on it didn't fall asleep. The previous couch I had was a "gift" from a student when he moved out of his dorm and the couch was very saggy. The older professors that came to my office that sat on that couch could barely get up, because it sagged so much. This couch is much more professional and would be good for a waiting area or for a sitting area where you would never lay down. It is true that it would be better if it was memory foam or something a little more forgiving, so I took off one star for that. Couch comes completely assembled in a big cardboard box. It is fairly light and is easily maneuvered through a 30" doorway. I had a friend help me move it and I barely even felt the couch as we lifted it. I've had it 2 months and it looks the same as when I first got it. You can easily clean up spills and wipe down the faux leather. I was worried that it would get dirty really quickly, but it hasn't. My 4-year-old spent a day on it when he was sick, and it totally held up to his abuse. ... show more

I bought this item for my parents. I was contacted and told the couch would be delivered the day before which was nice considering it's a larger item. The shipping company called me 20 minutes before it arrived so I was able to move the old couch to make room. Once it arrived it was neatly packaged and wrapped, unfortunately the delivery men are not allowed to being the couch in the house (even if you try bribing them) however the couch is very light weight so it wasn't that big an issue. My mother is in love with the couch she texts me a picture of my father sitting in it once a day. I was worried about the firmness based on other reviews but my dad has no complaints and says it's more comfortable than the last one they had. My parents are very picky and complete opposites so to find something that pleases them both is extremely rare, I highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a reasonable priced couch that has both style and comfort. ... show more

The couch is beautiful, but I was disappointed about the pink tone to it. Not a couch for lounging; very firm.

Good product. Strong construction. Easy to clean. Perfect size for small apartment living area. Came fully assembled. Not very comfortable but looks really good. Matches modern leather and chrome motif.

    • MORE THAN JUST UNCOMFORTABLE!
This loveseat/sofa is the most uncomfortable sofa, loveseat or chair we have ever sat in. It is as hard as a concrete park bench. It seems to be filled with that hard plastic insulation block material. It's awful. It was delivered early, all assembled and a nice stylish piece. (we gave them the second star for that) But, what were they thinking when they made it so uncomfortable. They weren't thinking... or just thinking about making it more profitable... forget comfort. And, let us not forget the price.... over $500. Maybe you think this review is a little over the top or exaggerated.... trust me, folks... it ain't! Save your money... make a different selection! ... show more
