I bought this product in 2018 with a paid warranty, we got very excited when we received it looks really good and comfortable the couch starts ripping after a few months the top leather will come off (on description or item details it said leather but it's not real leather it's somthing like faux leather and cheap material) called Amazon they told me since I have warranty I need to claim first The warranty company, after back and forth with warrenty company they told me that it will not be covered because they just cover when I rip it intentionally or anyone ripped it by mistake but not wear and tear, till I got with Amazon back on the line a full year went by, so they told me that's it its a thirt party seller and they will try to get a return,mean while the springs start popping and we wherebnot able to sit on the couch for more then a Minute and then you get pain for 10 minutes, the response from seller was rejected by seller after that I tried again several times with Amazon they tried to process another return with seller so I got reply from seller that I should send in pictures and he might get me new one from the manufacturer Which I don't need this piece of Garbage the only think amzon agreed is to credit back my warranty I bought i made the purchase which is a differently sold by a warranty company. If you want to avoid headaches and trashing your money Stay Away From this couch, (trowed away the couch and bought a new one in a local store, will try to look back for pictures if I could find and will update review) ... show more

Built well, back is hard as a rock, cushions are soft though. It’s a nice size - not to small but not large. Not something you would want to sit for an extended period on, however, it’s perfect as an office couch for someone to sit when they come in my office for a brief conversation.

Item arrived and appeared to be well packaged. After opening, noticed an area that had damaged material. It appears the corner reinforcement was not located properly during packaging. This resulted in some "rub through" and "denting" of the material in that area (see photos). Will contact Flash Furniture support during business hours (M-F) as there is no e-mail address on the support page. WIll update the rating upon contacting them. Update (12/9/19) - Spoke with Flash Furniture who referred me back to Amazon. Amazon offered a refund (a replacement was not in stock) or a 20% discount. I choose the discount and will repair the minor damage. Very satisfied with Amazon customer service and would recommend this Loveseat based on the support provided and the apparent good quality of the product. ... show more

Really like the look and feel of these chairs. We have some at another location that have held up well. Ordered 6 chairs this time and we are missing one bolt for one leg. Not too bad, but makes one chair unusable. Difficult finding how to contact the company for assistance.

Good product although the cushion was a little hard/stiff. During assembly, I had to search for the leg screws that were in the back of the zippered section that was loose. Although this was the scenario, the product was a great value and is suitable for use when we have overnight visitors.

Overall fabrication of this Love Seat is very well done. The seating and back pads are FIRM. Nice medium neutral Warm Gray color. Only assembly was the legs/feet of the Love Seat and an Allen Wrench was included. Shipping was much faster than anticipated. The Love Seat was plastic wrapped on outside of shipping box. No external damage to the box noted. The shipper dropped it off at out home vertically wrapped atop a shipping palate. And......YES, I would purchase another one, maybe the couch next time? ... show more

This is what we were looking for- NOT a family sofa to hang out on! Sort of a temporary sitting area piece (very small) that wasn't too uncomfortable. Think along the lines of upper scale Dr's office sitting areas, etc. This isn't something you want to live on. But it was what we were specifically looking for, and suits our needs. Not expecting the material to last too long, it's pulled a little tight and doesn't have a great amount of give, so would scratch easily. ... show more
