I have not been this satisfied with a purchase - ever. Considering that you can't try the mattress before you purchase it like you would in a brick and mortar store I must say that I was skeptical and never expected to be so thoroughly pleased. I've had this mattress for 20 days and honestly, I have not slept this well in years. I was long overdue for a new mattress but because of the way my 200 year old farmhouse is built, all furniture has to be hoisted up through a loft door in the kitchen ceiling and this requires several men. Not having that option I decided to try a self inflating mattress that I could haul up the narrow, twisting stairwell. The package arrived two days before I expected it and the box was in good shape and it was easy enough to guide up the stairwell despite being 50+ pounds. The box was long and relatively narrow so it slid up the stairs with ease. The instructions were very easy to follow. The inflating process is a two stage operation. I placed the mattress on my existing box spring and was surprised at how easy it was to handle by myself. First you remove the shrink wrap and the mattress begins to expand and then you open a small hole in the second plastic wrap and the final stage begins. From the time I brought this mattress in the house until the time I was ready to put the linens on it was maybe a total of 10 minutes. The auto inflation process was quite impressive. The mattress is quite attractive - so much so that I hated having to cover it with a mattress protector. The first night I slept so well and for the first time in years I did not spend the entire night tossing and turning. I was actually surprised that the bedding was hardly disturbed at all and with my old mattress everything would be pulled apart or on the floor after trying to rest all night. The second night I clearly remember thinking about how comfy the mattress was when I laid down on it to rest for the night. Well, it's been 20 nights and at long last I wake rested and refreshed for the first time in years. I recommend this mattress to anyone who is searching for a good mattress at a reasonable price. The packaging suggests that it may take several hours to a whole day for the mattress to completely inflate to it's full potential but from what I could see it fully inflated almost right away. This mattress can be placed on a platform or box spring. I think it would be described as a firm mattress and that is exactly what I wanted so I am doubly pleased with this wonderful mattress. Check out the video before you purchase because it is indeed as easy as it appears in the video. ... show more

I've purchased this mattress approximately 18 months ago. Due to COVID financial issues and my girlfriend being laid off, we've had to endure sleeping on this mattress until we got back on our feet.. My girlfriend was having horrible pain in her ribs, which we eventually figured out it was from the springs of this mattress stabbing her in the sides. This mattress is all springs, with a small layer of foam on top. The foam sinks in, and the springs push into your body. FYI She's 180lbs and I'm 230lbs. It got to the point where she would wake up crying and in pain. She finally had enough and stopped sleeping in the bed, and has been sleeping in the guest bedroom on a small mattress - that mattress is too small for both of us otherwise I would just change them out. I've always looked forward to holding her at the end of a long day while we fall asleep together - this mattress has taken that away from us. I finally pulled the trigger last night on a new different mattress sold by Amazon, one without coils. I'm praying that this will solve this problem and we can finally sleep together again without pain. I would not recommend this mattress. In fact, I would strongly advise the manufacturer to stop producing it. I believe that manufacturing and selling this product should be considered unethical, After a long day of work, the last thing I want to do is come home and spend my night flipping and turning all night, attempting to find a comfortable position, alone in the bed, only to find myself in a state of perpetual exhaustion - for months on end. It got to the point where I went to the hospital due to a pain I was having in my side (I'm a side sleeper - the pain was on the side that I sleep on). They examined and scanned me up and down, and found out I was not having any medical issues. In fact, they told me I was perfectly healthy. I ended up getting billed for $4k (so far, the bills are still rolling in) due to that visit - and I believe with 100% certainty that the pain I experienced was from sleeping on this mattress over a long period of time. I'm exhausted every day and the exhaustion I've been experiencing has caused problems with my career. When I put it to the curb, I'm going to take a blade and cut it down the center so nobody grabs it and has to experience what we went through. ... show more
