Build quality is okay. I had the thread for one of the rubber base feet strip almost immediately, so I could only put the front two of those on. The bigger problem was that it came with adsembly instructions for a different model of stand... So I had to figure out how to put it together without instructions and it took quite a while. Now that it's assembled it works pretty good. Folding it all the way up is a big pain, but with the wheel put in the lowest position it has a fairly small footprint. Overall I'm happy with it for the cheap price point, but the lack of instructions was a big negative.
